Amane had initiated the kiss. But the roles quickly reversed.

After a few seconds of seeming stunned, Kouki grabbed the back of Amane’s head and forcefully parted his lips with his tongue, plunging it into his mouth.

“Mmh… Mmn…”

Invaded by Kouki’s thick, hot tongue, Amane gasped at the suffocating sensation as it delved deep into his throat. Wet, slick sounds echoed in his eardrums, saliva dripping from the corners of his mouth.

As Kouki ravished his mouth passionately, his large hand enveloped his while the other toying with his ear piercing. A sharp tug sent a prickle of sweet pain through him, making the nape of his neck tingle.

Surrendering himself to the caress-like kiss, he was lost in a daze when the intertwined tongues finally parted with a soft smack.

Panting, he gazed blankly at the bluish-grey eyes so close to his own. Soon, the sound of rain seeping in reached his ears. Distracted from the kiss, he remembered they were in the hallway.

Hurriedly, Amane grabbed the collar of Kouki’s bathrobe and pulled him back into the apartment. The door closed with a thud behind them. Before he could even catch his breath, an arm wrapped around his waist, and his lips were claimed once more.

Even more persistent than before, Kouki’s tongue ravaged his mouth, lips, and teeth, while his hips ground against him insistently. Even through the bathrobe, he could feel his heated arousal rubbing against his thigh, sending shivers down his spine.

The slightly pleased tone tickled his ear.

“Where’s the bed?”

“Bed?” 

His sluggish mind struggled to process.

“…Upstairs. The loft.”

“The loft?… I can’t wait that long to go there.”

Urgency lacing his voice, Kouki suddenly swept Amane off his feet. Dazed, it took Amane a moment to realise what was happening.

“Wha-what…”

As the world turned upside down in his vision, he recognized that Kouki had hoisted him onto his shoulder.

“Hey, put me down! Kariya!”

He pounded his side with his fist. But Kouki remained unfazed. With unwavering steps, he carried the 178cm adult man effortlessly to the sofa, letting Amane bounce lightly as he deposited him. Before he could react, the predatory physique loomed over him.

“Wait, stop!”

Amane smacked his back as he started mouthing his neck.

“Wait, I said!”

Grabbing the fabric of his bathrobe, he tugged hard, forcing him to pull back.

“What is it?”

Kouki asked in a tense voice. The restless expression on his usually composed face made it clear he was already in rut mode. The noble features now looked erotically eager to continue.

“You can’t possibly be thinking of leaving me unsatisfied here…”

“That’s not it.”

Amane was already past the point of no return as well, his own heat switch flipped on.

“But this time, I’ll be taking the lead.”

At Amane’s declaration, Kouki looked puzzled.

“Honjou-san?”

Likely because his previous sexual encounters had involved female partners, he didn’t have that mindset.

But unfortunately, the one in front of him was a man. The ‘special incident’ last time had been unexpected. And as it was his first time with an alpha, it was understandable that it had been Kouki-centric. However, being at the mercy of a younger man was a matter of pride.

Amane silently mused, then pushed Kouki away, saying “Get out of the way.” He stepped off the sofa. As Kouki tried to stand up, he pressed him back down, saying, “You stay seated.”

Kneeling at his feet on the rug, Amane untied the sash of Kouki’s bathrobe.

“Honjou-san, wait…”

Kouki tried to stop him. But Amane ignored him, abruptly opening the robe.

Collapsing in a boneless heap, Amane felt Kouki drape over him. Pressing his sweat-damp eyebrows to Amane’s, Kouki placed a series of brief, gentle kisses, then gazed searchingly into his eyes.

“…I still need more.”

Captivated by the smouldering look and pleading tone, Amane’s lips curved in a faint smile. The synchronisation of their alpha and omega heats would not be so easily sated – his own body was proof of that.

“Me too.”

“Honjou-san,” Kouki breathed, his expression delighted. He was like an eager puppy granted an extra treat.

“…Come here.” Licking his lips in invitation, Amane watched Kouki shiver visibly before pouncing on him eagerly.

*Translator’s Note: I think that Honjou-san’s first time (everything, including kissing) was with Kariya-san. Don’t you guys think so? But Honjou-san never admitted this to Kariya-san. Not even in the second volume. I finished reading that by the way. Phew! If I started translating that volume, it’s gonna be (almost) double the amount of chapters for this volume. -K
