After a while, Xing Lixuan took Yu Antong’s cold hand. “It’s cold outside, let’s go back to the hotel.”

“No, I’m going to visit the casino,” After resting for an afternoon, Yu Antong was full of energy.

According to the travel guide, this city was famous for its many hotels and casinos. However, he said he wanted to see, but Xing Lixuan refused to let him go. Taking advantage of Xing Lixuan’s willingness to talk to him, Yu Antong seized the opportunity to make a request.

Xing Lixuan: “Really want to go?”

Yu Antong nodded and assured him. “Yeah, I’ll go and have a look, stay for a while then leave.”

“Promise me that you won’t run around. Follow me closely.”

Xing Lixuan had no choice but to take Yu Antong to the biggest casino in the area.

Sitting in the car, Yu Antong looked at the night scene through the car window, and passed a casino on the way. This casino was legal in the eyes of the law, so the sign at the entrance of the store was particularly eye-catching. “There is one here, we don’t have to go to the biggest one.” 

Xing Lixuan replied, “The bigger this kind of place is, the stronger the security system will be, and all aspects will be more standardized.”

Compared with the customers in small casinos, which was a mixed bunch, big casinos were safer for ordinary players. When bringing Yu Antong out, safety must be the first priority.

Yu Antong asked, “Have you been here?”

“I went here to play when I was in college.” 

Yu Antong snorted. “You’ve been here before, and you still won’t let me go.”

When they arrived at the place, they were welcomed in by the doorman. Yu Antong stepped on the red carpet and walked into this luxurious place.

The decoration style of the lobby on the first floor iwa particularly gorgeous. The passage was wide and unimpeded, with red, plush carpet covering the floor, and a golden tasseled crystal chandelier on the ceiling. The luxurious decoration and brilliant lights create a beautiful, dreamlike atmosphere. 

This place was not only for entertainment, but also had a hotel for accommodation. Some people came out with their suitcases, and some people came in with eyes full of novelty like Yu Antong.

After walking for a while, they took the elevator to the second floor. Once they got out of the elevator, there were rows of slot machines a few meters to the right, and rows of card tables on the further back. There were many people in the casino, but it was not messy. 

Yu Antong made a fuss about coming, so he really came, but he actually didn’t know anything about these things. He didn’t dare to play at the card table.

He pointed to the slot machines that were friendly to novices, and said, “I want to play this.”

Xing Lixuan took him to exchange coins, and gave Yu Antong all the coins he exchanged for him to play.

This machine was so simple that it did not need a tutorial. Put in coins and pull the lever, the pattern on the screen will rotate, and if you got all three rows with the same pattern, you won a sum of coins. 

Yu Antong was not looking forward to winning the jackpot like ordinary gamblers, he just wanted to try. So after playing a few times, he found it boring, and it wasn’t as fun as playing claw machines. 

Xing Lixuan felt that since he brought him here, he would be unhappy if he didn’t let him play to the fullest, so he took him to the poker table over there to play a few rounds. Xing Lixuan played while Yu Antong watched beside him. 

Part of Xing Lixuan’s attention was on Yu Antong, and he played the cards in his hand casually, losing more than winning after a few games.

After the period of novelty wonder passed, Yu Antong pulled Xing Lixuan aside and said, “Let’s go back, if we continue to play, your son’s baby formula money will be lost.”

However, Xing Lixuan said, “Play another game.”

Yu Antong frowned, ‘Why are you so addicted to playing?’

Seeing that Xing Lixuan lost another game, but still not planning to leave, Yu Antong pulled him and said, “Honey, I’m sleepy, let’s go back.”

Xing Lixuan actually intended to lose, just to let Yu Antong say that he would leave earlier, and not made him forever uninterested in this kind of place. After all, it’s best if he never came back to casinos again. 

Xing Lixuan smiled secretly, but still pretended to look at the few chips left in his hand, with a look of unwillingness. “Sleepy? Then go back.”

Yu Antong didn’t know Xing Lixuan’s tricks, and thought that he would keep an eye on Xing Lixuan in the future. He must never come to such a place again!

In fact, there weren’t many interesting places in the local area. Most of the famous tourist attractions were landmark buildings, and Yu Antong wasn’t interested in this kind of tourist traps. He only came out to play because he wanted to have fun, not take photos and show it off. 

The next day, Yu Antong and Xing Lixuan went for a walk in the fountain park near the hotel where they lived. This park covered a large area. The fountain itself was built on a small island in the center of the lake. Because there were often groups of swans playing and swimming in the lake, the lake earned the moniker of “Swan Lake”. 

There were also people rowing in the lake. These proud and beautiful swans were not afraid of people at all, which showed that the local residents get along with them in harmony.

Yu Antong was standing by the lake, and a white swan was swimming towards him. This swan was different from other swans with slender necks. It was obviously several sizes fatter than other swans.

“Ah!” the fat swan honked towards Yu Antong. 

Yu Antong talked to it very naively, “Hello, are you greeting me? Aren’t you a rotund one?” 

The swan looked at Yu Antong’s empty palm, honked twice, turned around, and swam away.

Inexplicably, Yu Antong felt that he saw disgust in the swan’s little black eyes.

At this time, a little girl about four or five years old ran over carrying a small bucket, followed by her mother.

The little girl ran to Yu Antong and called out different names to the swans in the lake. Yu Antong guessed that the little girl named the swans herself.

The little girl put the small bucket on the ground, grabbed a handful of food from it, and threw it into the lake.

Yu Antong saw the chubby swan who seemed to dislike him just now and was the first to rush over and grab the food, flapping its wings, and flying around.

That swan was fat for a reason! 

Yu Antong looked at the little girl, and the little girl looked at him too. As she held a handful of food, she asked him in a cheery, childish tone, “Mister¹she technically called Yu Antong with “gege”, but since she was speaking English, I changed it to “Mister”, do you want to feed the swans together?”

Yu Antong took the food she offered. “I want to. Thank you, Cutie.” 

The little girl was praised, so she flung herself into her mother’s arms shyly, giggled, and secretly blinked her big eyes at Yu Antong.

Yu Antong found the little girl to be astonishingly adorable. It made him want to have a daughter for himself. He said to Xing Lixuan, “Husband, I also want such a cute daughter.”

–Even before he birthed his first son, he already wanted a second child. 

It was absolutely impossible for Xing Lixuan to allow Yu Antong to conceive a second child. Considering the possible risks of pregnancy and childbirth – especially since he’s a male –  he does not want Yu Antong to have a second child.

He said lightly, “Have you forgotten about Judy?”

As soon as Yu Antong heard that name, he immediately remembered the little cute devil that could not be disciplined. 

‘Forget it, forget it, don’t give birth, don’t give birth!’

If he gave birth to a disobedient, overly naughty son, he was still willing to educate him with strict discipline. But he instead gave birth to a soft-looking, cute little daughter with an angel-like temperament, it’s fine. But if that little daughter was like Judy… he definitely wouldn’t have the heart to actually discipline her. 

‘It’s better to have a son,’ Yu Antong rubbed his stomach and thought happily.
