On Saturday, Zhou Zhou got up early. He had made plans with Cheng Che to go out for dessert today.
Zhou Zhou scurried around the house. Zhou Qiao had been on a business trip for the past few days. So there was no one to scold him.
“What should I do, what should I do, what should I do…” Zhou Zhou muttered to himself, “What should I wear? Should I use perfume? Where did my sister put her lipstick?”
He was extremely nervous and picked up his phone to call Yu Yang.
Zhou Zhou: “Yu Yang, I’m so nervous. I have a date with Cheng Che today!”
Yu Yang: “Wake up! Only couples go on dates. You two are just meeting up.”

Zhou Zhou ignored Yu Yang’s sarcasm and asked, “What kind of pants should I wear, then? Jeans? Sweatpants? Cargo pants?”
Yu Yang randomly picked one, “Jeans, I guess.”
“Okay!” Zhou Zhou was about to hang up to change his clothes when he thought for a moment and asked, “How about you and Jin Wuqi? How’s it going with him? Has he been in touch with you?”
“It’s… it’s not much,” Yu Yang glanced at Jin Wuqi in the driver’s seat, “I’ve got something to do. I’ll hang up now. Call me if you need anything.”

Yu Yang hung up the phone and put it in his pocket as he looked out the window.
A few days ago, Jin Wuqi had sent him a message wanting to talk. But Yu Yang hadn’t responded. However, today, when he went downstairs to buy breakfast, he saw a snow-white sports car parked below. Jin Wuqi was leaning against the car in a revealing, aqua-blue sweater. He looked alluring and delicate. It was as if he had no bones in his body. His blue hair, red lips, and the seductive look in his eyes, combined with the scent of roses in the morning breeze, almost made Yu Yang miss a step on the stairs.
After all, he had scratched Jin Wuqi’s car and had refused to negotiate. So Yu Yang felt a bit guilty. Reluctantly, he got into the car with Jin Wuqi.
Jin Wuqi drove the car and glanced at Yu Yang, who was avoiding eye contact. He smiled, “Only couples go on dates. So what does that make us?”
Yu Yang turned his head and frowned. He then glanced at him, “We’re negotiating.”
“Do you dislike me that much?” Jin Wuqi pretended to look troubled as he stroked his chin, “But I really like you, you know.”
This unexpected confession left Yu Yang so surprised that he couldn’t even speak.
“You… if you have something to say, just say it straight. Don’t talk about all this nonsense,” Yu Yang’s hand clenched the seatbelt tightly as he nervously looked at Jin Wuqi.
“This is what I straight out want to say. How is it nonsense?” Jin Wuqi gave Yu Yang a sideways glance. His gaze pierced straight into Yu Yang’s heart. “Do you have someone you like?”
Yu Yang felt extremely uncomfortable under his intense gaze and replied in a low voice, “No.”
Back in school, he was surrounded by alphas. And although Zhou Zhou was a cute and lovely omega, Yu Yang had grown up with him like a brother. So their relationship was more like family. Among the other omegas he knew, Yu Yang hadn’t developed feelings for anyone yet.
“In that case, consider me,” Jin Wuqi said.
Jin Wuqi’s casual and frivolous tone was starting to annoy Yu Yang, “Stop talking to me about this. I don’t have time to play with you. Find someone else.”
“Someone else?” Jin Wuqi chuckled, “I’ve met so many ‘someone elses’. But I genuinely can’t find anyone else who interests me as much as you.”
Yu Yang didn’t want to hear him talk about these things. So he asked, “Where are you taking me?”
“You haven’t had breakfast, right?” Jin Wuqi turned the steering wheel. His wrist looked as fair as snow. He said, “I’m taking you out to eat.”
“No need. I already bought something at the entrance of the neighbourhood,” Yu Yang replied with a blank expression.
“Well, I’m pursuing you now. So I have to give you the best, right? How else can I win you over?” Jin Wuqi said as he extended his hand, pinching Yu Yang’s hand with his palm. “Don’t look so stern. Give me a smile.”
Yu Yang jerked his hand back as if he had been bitten by a snake and exclaimed, “Stop fucking touching me whenever you want!”
“Okay. I’ll be more careful next time.” Jin Wuqi sincerely apologised. A smile played at the corner of his mouth.
Yu Yang turned his head back towards the window. Jin Wuqi watched Yu Yang’s ears turn slightly red. He smiled slyly and suggestively.
