RCQT Chapter 111

Idol Talent Show

TW: Non-consensual activity

[Host, how did you know?]

‘I told you, I guessed,’ Chu Qianze picked up his glass, his gaze sweeping over Wang Bailin and Ling Yan’s faces.

‘Now it’s confirmed.’

The system was still a bit puzzled by that statement. Then it watched as Chu Qianze lowered his head and took two sips.

[?]

Wasn’t there something wrong with the drink?!

“Just this much? Have a few more sips!” Wang Bailin anxiously urged, watching with concern. This slow-paced attitude was really… couldn’t he just finish it in one go?

Chu Qianze replied, “Sister Wang, I’m not very good at drinking.”

“No worries, take your time, we’re not in a hurry,” Ling Yan interjected with a light smile, appearing very understanding.

“Thank you, Mr. Ling,” Chu Qianze smiled and took another small sip, noticeably reducing the amount of alcohol in his glass. He placed his hand under the table, adjusted his sleeve, and pulled it down a bit, also grabbing a tissue.

Now the system understood what was happening.

[Host, are you fake drinking the alcohol?]

‘Of course. Knowing there’s an issue, would I really drink it? Do you take me for a fool?’

Chu Qianze hushed the system and waited until there was only a small amount left in his glass. He then picked up the glass, stood up, and said, “Mr. Ling, I toast to you.”

Ling Yan raised an eyebrow, not immediately picking up his glass. “A toast like this can’t be done with just that little. Can you handle finishing it in one gulp?”

Chu Qianze hesitated briefly but quickly made up his mind. He held the glass with both hands and managed to down it in one go. After finishing, he turned the glass upside down, indicating that he had emptied it.

“I see your sincerity.” Ling Yan looked at the now-empty glass with some satisfaction.

“After watching your performance, I must say you have great potential. How about it? After the show, do you have any plans?”

“I’ll follow the company’s arrangements,” Chu Qianze casually replied.

“I have an opportunity for a commercial endorsement here. Interested in giving it a try?” Ling Yan leaned back in his chair, leisurely suggesting.

“Well, um…”

Seeing Chu Qianze hesitate, Wang Bailin refilled his glass and gestured, “Quick, thank Mr. Ling.”

At this moment, the waiter brought the dishes to the table, setting up a two-tier arrangement. Ling Yan said, “Let’s eat first. The food here is quite good.”

Chu Qianze agreed but didn’t rush to drink. Instead, he took a few bites of the food.

The flavor of the crab, which cost several thousand, was indeed excellent. It’s a pity… he wished he had known and just ordered delivery to his dorm.

He rubbed his face with the back of his hand, making the red dots more visible. Chu Qianze lifted his hand to support his head, with a slight frown.

“What’s wrong?” Ling Yan noticed the change in his demeanor and put down his chopsticks to inquire.

“Nothing.” Chu Qianze smiled and used his fingers to massage his temples.

“Are you feeling unwell?” Ling Yan stood up and walked towards Chu Qianze, expressing concern and asking about his well-being.

Shaking his head, Chu Qianze seemed like he wanted to say something but couldn’t hold back. He slumped directly onto the table.

Ling Yan, observing the situation, shook Chu Qianze’s shoulder. Once he confirmed that Chu Qianze was truly unconscious, he chuckled lightly and looked at Wang Bolin, saying, “Well done.”

“Okay, then… I’ll leave now.” Wang Bailin withdrew her hand, which she had initially extended, picked up her own purse, and tightly clasped the fingers around the bag for a moment. However, she quickly returned to her usual demeanor.

“Go ahead,” Ling Yan said as he traced a few lines on Chu Qianze’s cheek with his fingers.

As Wang Bailin opened the door to leave, she coincidentally encountered a few people outside.

“It seems it’s our turn. Let’s go in.”

“I’ve been waiting so long; even the flowers are about to wilt.”

“Take care, Miss~”

Wang Bailin’s steps hesitated for a moment, but she quickly composed himself, nodded, and walked past them.

“Haha, is he shy?”

“Well, he’s quite good-looking, isn’t he?”

Several people walked in and saw the unconscious Chu Qianze.

“Mr. Ling left in such a hurry just now, and I was wondering what happened,” one person walked over, assessing him from head to toe. “Now I see. He’s quite a catch. I’d be willing too.”

Leng Jing followed suit and entered. As soon as he saw Chu Qianze in the middle, his expression turned grim, a sense of crisis washing over him.

Ling Yan had just left his own room and entered the adjacent one. Was it all for him?

“This guy looks familiar, recently quite popular. Brother Ling is amazing, even got him. Hey, are you two a thing?”

Suddenly asked this question, Leng Jing realized and awkwardly replied, “We’re from the same show.”

Ling Yan chuckled and lifted Chu Qianze’s face. “Move a bit, don’t block me.”

As he raised his hand, someone understood and handed over a camera.

“Take this for me.”

He opened the camera, aimed it at Chu Qianze, took a few shots, and then tossed it to Leng Jing. “You’re from the same show, perfect time to learn something.”

Saying that, he started unbuttoning Chu Qianze’s clothes.

[They are coming. Host, what do you plan to do! Should I short-circuit the wires and cut off the power? Ahhhh]

‘What about the mission?’

[Rong Jinghe is bringing people up!]

‘Then let’s wait a bit longer.’

Chu Qianze switched to his consciousness space, observing everything through a third-person perspective. If one were to closely observe, they would notice an endless coldness in his eyes.

The buttons of the shirt were completely undone, revealing broad shoulders, narrow waist, a perfect inverted triangle figure. People around couldn’t help but swallow saliva as they watched. Ling Yan leaned over, intending to kiss him.

Feeling the approaching presence, Chu Qianze opened his eyes slightly, fingers flexing, unintentionally gathering strength.

A loud noise echoed as the door was thrown open, and several people rushed into the room.

Rong Jinghe entered and immediately spotted Chu Qianze in the center, his clothes partially undone, eyebrows furrowed, seemingly unconscious. Someone was sitting beside him, leaning down, fingers entangled with Chu Qianze’s clothes. From this angle, it looked like they were kissing!

Rushing forward, Rong Jinghe grabbed Ling Yan by the collar and delivered a straight punch to his face.

Ling Yan was brought down to the ground, producing a loud clang, and couldn’t help but cry out in pain.

“F**k, do you damn well know who I am? What are you standing there for, move your asses!”

His gaze fell on the others nearby, filled with frustration. I’ve been beaten, and you’re just standing there watching?

With a cold laugh, Rong Jinghe lifted his foot and kicked.

Ling Yan, hands cradling his head, wondered when he had suffered such humiliation.

“Oh, you just wait, you’re done for!”

Rong Jinghe observed coldly, and a few men in black blocked the way, preventing others from approaching. Each bodyguard was tall and robust, dressed in matching black suits, exuding an intimidating aura from head to toe.

Leng Jing originally wanted to step forward, but upon seeing the black-clad figures in front of him, he swallowed hard and withdrew his foot.

Not bothering with anything else, Rong Jinghe came to Chu Qianze’s side. After a quick inspection, he helped straighten Chu Qianze’s clothes and then cradled him in his arms.

“Master Rong, let me handle it,” one of the bodyguards said.

“No need,” Rong Jinghe pursed his lips, unwilling to entrust Chu Qianze to anyone.

His gaze lingered on Leng Jing. The bodyguard understood and approached Leng Jing, taking the camera from him.

“Regarding the rest,”

His tone slowed slightly, and he glanced at the people around him. “Follow the old rules.”

After saying that, he lifted Chu Qianze, and the bodyguard closed the door, leaving the distressed voices inside.

Rong Jinghe walked through a special passage. Along the way, Chu Qianze opened his eyes, then closed them again. He lightly rubbed his head against Rong Jinghe’s shoulder blades, feeling the familiar warmth, using it to suppress the surging killing intent.

Back in his consciousness space, he opened music for meditation.

The system, crouched in a corner at this moment, gathered all the data together, not daring to disturb.

Such low air pressure is truly, too frightening QwQ.

Leading him out, Rong Jinghe placed him directly into the car. “To the hospital.”

The driver beside them responded, turning the steering wheel, and the car shot out in a straight line.

In the hospital room, after Rong Jinghe and the doctor confirmed Chu Qianze’s condition, he finally sighed in relief.

He sat beside the bed, looking at Chu Qianze lying there.

If it weren’t for hearing about it from his mother, if it weren’t for immediately rushing over with someone, even if just a few seconds were delayed, what might have happened?

Rong Jinghe looked at the person on the hospital bed, the facial features distinct and handsome. Chu Qianze looked very good, and this was something he had always known.

His gaze lingered affectionately, sweeping from the curled eyelashes to the high, straight nose, and then to the sensual lips.

Unconsciously, scenes from before surfaced in his mind. His fingers traced the other’s cheek, his gaze deeply captivated by those lips.

That person kissed Chu Qianze, something Rong Jinghe had never experienced. Why did he dare to do that?!

Unconsciously, he slowly leaned down, getting closer and closer to the person.

He watched as getting a bit closer would allow him to touch that softness, to imprint his mark.

A voice in his mind seemed to tell him not to hesitate, to just go for it because that place was rightfully his.

His hand clenched suddenly, and Rong Jinghe halted the approach. Finally, he planted a kiss on the person’s forehead. After doing all this, he summoned all his self-control, straightened up, and walked out.

At the moment the door closed, Chu Qianze opened his eyes, fingers gently touching his forehead.

Thought he was going to kiss, but unexpectedly…

Rong Jinghe walked in and saw Chu Qianze leaning on the pillow, his gaze wandering in the air, as if lost in thought.

“You’re awake,”

He didn’t know what to say for a moment, just awkwardly asking, “Do you want some water?”

“Sure, I’m so thirsty.” Chu Qianze smiled when he saw Rong Jinghe, raising a faint smile, just like usual.

Chu Qianze took the water cup. “Did you check your back?”

“I’ve been checked, nothing major,” Rong Jinghe sat on a nearby chair.

“What about your mom?”

“She had some work, already left. She’s always very busy.”

To be precise, after leaving him with a few bodyguards, she left directly.

Originally, Rong Jinghe was pondering how to explain his sudden appearance to Chu Qianze, but now it seemed that Chu Qianze didn’t have any intention of asking. This relieved him a bit. But did it also mean that Chu Qianze didn’t want to mention what happened in the private room?

Who could know what he went through before Rong Jinghe arrived?

Thinking about those things made Rong Jinghe feel a bit suffocated, feeling an extreme heartache for Chu Qianze.

Damn it.

“Let’s rest here today and go back to the set tomorrow. I’ll be next door. If you have any issues, use the landline.”

As Rong Jinghe was about to leave, Chu Qianze, in the midst of drinking water, paused and reached out to stop him. “Wait a moment.”

Rong Jinghe masked his emotions and asked, “What’s wrong?”

“Come closer.”

Rong Jinghe sat closer.

When the distance was right, Chu Qianze rested his hand on the other’s shoulder and kissed him on the corner of his mouth.

After doing all this, he released his hand and exhaled. “Feels much better.”

Rong Jinghe’s eyelashes trembled slightly, staring fixedly at Chu Qianze’s lips, his mind filled with the recent sensation. Emotions accumulated and surged in his eyes, like waves crashing, destroying the precarious self-control.

“I couldn’t resist for a moment,”

Sensing Rong Jinghe’s emotional fluctuations, Chu Qianze raised an eyebrow and continued, “Or should I let you kiss back?”

Speaking a bit slower, with a hint of deliberate suggestion.

The next moment, he was firmly pressed against the pillow, his upper body leaning backward, creating a curve in his waist and abdomen, full of strength.

Rong Jinghe bit down fiercely, like a snow wolf breaking free from its chains, determined to devour the person in front of him.
