ARIWLBBC Chapter 44

Timely Leopard

“These credits are rightfully mine. Who do you think you are, making such arrogant remarks?” Amber grew angry, pulling out two heavy black laser weapons seemingly out of thin air, the juxtaposition of beauty and guns adding to her allure.

“Anyone who dares to touch me will have to deal with these two LWs in my hands first!”

“Miss Amber, are you serious?” The man couldn’t help but chuckle, as a dozen men in black suits stepped forward behind him, exuding a threatening aura.

Behind Amber, Bo Ge poked his friend list and unexpectedly found Foxhound Eleven online.

Recalling the experience of bathing a dozen foxhounds in the hot spring, and Eleven’s final words: “What we’re best at is fighting in groups.”

Bo Ge pondered whether foxhounds or hyenas were more formidable. He had only watched videos of hyenas fighting with wildcats before, where a mother wildcat, three times smaller than the hyena, successfully drove it away to protect her cub.

Quickly typing, Bo Ge sent Eleven a set of coordinates, but it wasn’t feasible to let the foxhounds come over just to fight.

With gritted teeth, he transferred thirty thousand star coins. Before Bo Ge could even catch his breath, several young men in dark blue combat suits appeared beside him. With a blink, they spotted the human teenager.

“Hey, human, how’s it going?” A young man stepped forward from the crowd, taking off his helmet and shaking his stylish red mohawk. “You finally remembered to find me. What’s up? A fight?”

“Eleven.” Bo Ge peeked out from behind Amber. “That hyena over there wants to challenge my authority and force me to do something.”

Amber turned, pushing the teenager’s head back behind her.

“This is seriously tarnishing the dignity of us beastmens.” Eleven looked impatiently at the man opposite. “Hey, beastmens can’t force humans to do anything. Are you trying to discredit us beastmens?”

“I can’t make you understand.” The man raised an eyebrow. “I’m not ‘hey,’ I’m surnamed Yang, Yang Yun.”

“I don’t care what your surname is.” Eleven straightened his chest, putting his helmet back on. “If you don’t understand, we’ll fight. When I knock your teeth out, you’ll get it!”

Yang Yun smirked, gesturing with his hand. Instantly, a dozen men rushed towards the foxhounds, who were not to be trifled with. Eleven emitted a sharp, aggressive cry, and all the foxhounds immediately retaliated, engaging in a chaotic brawl with the hyenas.

Amber quickly pressed a cube on Bo Ge’s head. With a “click,” at the next moment, a three-dimensional space expanded around them, enclosing them within.

“I’ve been wanting to fight you mongrels for a while now.” Amber joined the battle without hesitation, her laser gun charged, piercing through the chaotic crowd with the risk of friendly fire.

Bo Ge watched helplessly as Amber stowed away her laser weapons and donned a pair of metal knuckle dusters, entering the fray. She grabbed a hyena’s head and ruthlessly pounded its temple, while another hyena attempted to sneak attack Amber from behind, only to be tackled by a foxhound just in time.

Bo Ge wanted to help, but the three-dimensional space around him was impenetrable. He saw Yang Yun flicking through a holographic screen in front of him, seemingly calling for reinforcements.

“Mimi, a hyena wants to forcibly coerce me. My friend and his people have already started fighting with them,” Bo Ge quickly edited the message, adding a “Q-Q” emoticon at the end to emphasize the severity of the situation.

As the battle intensified, with the map simulation accuracy exceeding 80%, Bo Ge occasionally heard cries of agony.

The foxhounds were adept at fighting, but surprisingly, human forms still held some advantage. The hyenas changed their strategy, transforming into their animal forms one by one. With their sharp teeth and claws coupled with agile bodies, they momentarily prevented the foxhounds from gaining the upper hand.

If they transformed into their animal forms, the foxhounds wouldn’t have the advantage. Due to their unique body structure, foxhounds couldn’t store fat and remained slim no matter how much they ate. Foxhounds were smaller in size compared to hyenas, and their claws and fangs were better suited for digging and hunting lizards, snakes, and scorpions, rather than dealing with carnivorous animals like hyenas.

Seeing the foxhounds gradually losing ground, Bo Ge felt increasingly anxious inside the cube. Spotting his clustered teammates, an idea flashed through Bo Ge’s mind.

“Are you just going to stand there?” Bo Ge shouted at the team members. “You’ve seen what your captain is like. Amber has been generous to you. You all sided with Ye Heng earlier because you were coerced and tempted by the hyenas. But what about now?

Look closely, Ye Heng is just a puppet. The ones who will truly take over the team are these hyenas. Are you all going to continue living under the threat of the hyenas, letting them dictate your actions?”

The team members looked shaken. Amber looked up, gazing at her former teammates on the opposite side, her snow-white face splattered with hyena blood.

“The Foxhound Friends Team is now the Hyenas’ team. Slime Rat, before I quit the team, I appointed you as the vice team management member. Now, if any member wants to leave the team, will you stop them?”

Slime Rat endured the pain, wriggling forward. “I won’t stop them. Even if they leave, we will remember that we were once part of the Foxhound Friends Team!”

“I request to leave the team.” Sasha, with braids all over her head, chewing on bubble gum, took a step forward.

“Agreed.” Slime Rat confirmed the termination of their relationship.

“I also request to leave the team!” A beastmen also stepped forward. “I absolutely refuse to associate with beastmens who coerce humans!”

“I request to leave the team too!”

More and more people stood up. Slime Rat’s translucent body stretched out several arms, swiftly confirming the requests from the team members.

“Quick, remove the management privileges of the others!” Yang Yun immediately reacted, commanding Ye Heng sternly.

“I-I’m looking for it.” Ye Heng was flustered. It had been too long since he had paid attention to the team, too long since he had managed team matters. He had forgotten where to manage the team members.

“You fool, use voice commands!” Yang Yun threatened, baring his teeth. Ye Heng looked at Yang Yun’s fierce expression and hesitated for a moment.

Slime Rat raced against time, quickly agreeing to the members’ requests to leave the team. With not enough arms, he summoned a few more.

“Remove Slime Rat’s management rights.” Ye Heng issued a voice command and clicked “confirm.”

In an instant, all the application panels disappeared in front of Slime Rat, and the room fell silent for a moment. Slime Rat wriggled his body and reported loudly to Amber, “Vice captain, all the members of the Foxhound Friends Team have withdrawn.”

“Thank you.” Amber smiled.

“Except…me.” Slime Rat collapsed softly, “I didn’t manage to consider myself.”

“Heh.” Yang Yun gritted his teeth and looked at Slime Rat, then turned to Ye Heng. “Waste, you’ve ruined a team with decent overall strength and rankings.”

“Brother, I…” Ye Heng’s face was full of embarrassment.

“It seems I have to help you out.” Yang Yun waved his hand, and the space in the room flickered, with dozens of men in black suits streaming in.

“Tui, are you the only one who can call people?” Eleven snapped his fingers. “My family isn’t smaller than yours!”

“Heh heh.” Yang Yun revealed a toothy grin. “Lock the room to the maximum number of people and do not allow other players to enter.”

Eleven’s expression changed, and he was so angry that he wanted to punch the man in the face. “Are you kidding me?”

“Don’t worry, I won’t let you die.” Yang Yun smiled brightly. “The way you exit this team is the way you come back. If it doesn’t work, you can watch your intestines being eaten bit by bit.”

Dozens of men in black suits quickly surrounded the team members and foxhounds. Yang Yun stepped forward, sharp nails scraping across the cube, revealing a smile tinged with bloodlust.

“Has any beastmen ever told you that you smell delightful, and presumably, you must taste just as good?”

“I’ve met many beastmens, and I’ve heard them say I smell good,” Bo Ge stared into the hyena’s eyes without a trace of fear, “But none of them would ever force me, let alone make lewd threats. In comparison, you are simply a disgrace to beastmens.”

“Is that so?” Yang Yun met Bo Ge’s gaze, his smile becoming more audacious, “Then perhaps you haven’t encountered anything more shameless.”

Sharp nails scraped across the cube, leaving a shallow mark. Yang Yun stepped back, squinting his eyes. In an instant, a flash of light gleamed, and a crack appeared on the surface of the cube. The entire cube quickly deflated, turning into shards scattered around.

“Come on, little one, let me taste you.”

Bo Ge pursed his lips, staring intently at the fingertip inching closer to him. A green light flashed, Yang Yun raised his eyebrows, and the fingertip uncontrollably approached his own face, piercing into his cheek, leaving four deep blood marks.

Everyone stared in disbelief, unable to comprehend what they were seeing from the teenager.

What kind of skill was this?

Bo Ge’s forehead was covered in fine beads of sweat. The opponent’s level was too high, using the Kiss of Isis was exceptionally draining mentally, and control wasn’t so precise. Originally aimed at controlling to pinch the neck, the trajectory veered off to the face.

The control time was only five seconds, and after five seconds, the Kiss of Isis would enter cooldown.

“Fascinating,” Yang Yun’s cheeks were dripping with blood, his tongue licked his lips, and the bloody taste successfully aroused the hyena’s savagery.

With only ten seconds left on the skill cooldown, but the hyena in front of him clearly wouldn’t give Bo Ge another chance. Bo Ge kept retreating until he was backed against the wall, with nowhere else to go.

“Keep going, I enjoy watching my prey struggle,” Yang Yun’s bloodied fingertip exerted force. Bo Ge quickly turned his head, and the sharp fingertip plunged straight into the wall beside Bo Ge’s face, sinking halfway in.

“You damn mongrel! Come at your aunt if you dare!” Amber transformed into a red fox and dashed madly towards Yang Yun, but two hyenas suddenly lunged forward, blocking the path of the red fox.

“I want to see what else you can do,” Yang Yun licked his lips, inching closer to the teenager.

Suddenly, a cool sensation brushed past his face, and a familiar yet pleasant scent silently entered Bo Ge’s nostrils, permeating into his soul. The room fell into a profound silence, with only the sound of Bo Ge’s heartbeat echoing in his ears.

Bo Ge lowered his eyes, a hand with excessively groomed nails pressed against his cheek. The fingers were long and powerful, with a cold jade-like skin tone, and only a hint of translucent pink at the edges of the nails. Nature had meticulously sculpted perfection.

The palm blocked the hyena’s approaching tongue. Bo Ge followed the hand upward and saw the familiar stern eyebrows and eyes under the black military cap brim. The golden-red eyes were dignified and noble, with a hint of imperceptible anger.
