They watched her walk away before withdrawing their gazes.
“Come to my place.” It was still early, so Mu Qi suggested.

Entering the house, Su Yanxi noticed that Mu Qi had decorated it festively. There were Spring Festival couplets hanging, and several lanterns adorned the place. However, she couldn’t help but notice that there seemed to be a bit too many lanterns. She couldn’t help but laugh, “Mu Qi, do you really like lanterns that much?”
Mu Qi’s mouth twitched, “It’s all Hu Ying’s random purchases. She bought whatever she thought looked good.”
Su Yanxi burst into laughter.
“You sit down; I’ll boil some water.” Mu Qi said and went to the kitchen.

“Watch TV.” Mu Qi walked out at this moment, turned on the TV for her, and said, “The water will take a little while.”

Without Hu Ying by her side, being alone with Mu Qi made her a bit shy.
