The motion-sensor lights in the stairwell flickered on and off. Mo Qi’s gaze was fixed on the girl’s shoulder as she lightly touched it. She pursed her lips, full of guilt, and softly said, “I’ll pick you up tomorrow morning.”
Su Yanxi shook her head and said, “No need. I’ll rest for a night, and I’ll be much better tomorrow.”
However, Mo Qi insisted on picking her up.
