Mu Qi was afraid that the girl might choke on the bread, so she inserted a straw into the milk tea and pushed it in front of her, saying, “It’s strawberry-flavored. I don’t know if you like it or not.”

“I like it.” Su Yanxi, with her mouth full, looked at Mu Qi with raised eyebrows.

Her appearance was like a little squirrel, and Mu Qi couldn’t help but pinch her cheek, saying with a smile, “Eat slowly.”

The police looked at the three of them and frowned, asking, “Who called the police just now?”

“Uncle Police, it was me.” Su Yanxi’s eyes were now filled with tears, and in a timid and fearful voice, she said, “We wanted to go home, but these people blocked us and wouldn’t let us leave.” After saying that, she sobbed a couple of times.

Yellow Hair cursed inwardly. He didn’t expect the three of them to actually call the police.

Mu Qi and Hu Ying stood there, looking honest.

Although the police asked them a few questions at the station, they were soon allowed to leave. After all, compared to them, Yellow Hair and his friends looked more like delinquents.

On the way back, Hu Ying praised Su Yanxi, saying, “Cutie, you were amazing just now. The way you cried, even Uncle Police couldn’t bear it and let us go early.”

The streetlights in the evening stretched their shadows.

“Wait.” Su Yanxi called out to her in a soft voice. She then ran down the stairs, stood on the level above Mu Qi, and, catching her off guard, gave her a kiss on the forehead. She whispered, “Goodnight.”

“Goodnight.” Mu Qi’s lips curled up. She quite liked this goodnight kiss from her girlfriend.

After returning home and taking a shower, Mu Qi picked up her phone, expecting a message from Su Yanxi. With a smile on her face, she opened the message but realized it was from an unfamiliar number. The content of the message made her unconsciously furrow her brows.

It turned out that the person who sent the message was the one who had been looking for them these past few days, and surprisingly, the person’s intention was to ask her to be their girlfriend?

Mu Qi found it almost amusing.

She replied to the message, asking who the person was.

Soon, a reply came.

Qin Yu.

Mu Qi tried to recall but had no impression of this person. She had no idea how this person came up with the idea of asking her to be their girlfriend.

Then, the person sent another message, expressing the desire to meet her.

It seemed like a good opportunity, and Mu Qi readily agreed.

At this moment, Qiyi sent her a message asking where she was. Qin Yu, feeling annoyed, thought that since she had already confessed to Mu Qi today, Qiyi was useless to her now. So, she directly sent a breakup message to him and then blocked him when he didn’t respond.

On the other side, Mu Qi’s face had been darkened since leaving the coffee shop. When she encountered Qiyi on the way, she directly grabbed his clothes, glaring at him.
