After a physically exhausting love affair comes to an end, the two of them cuddle together, feeling the lingering afterglow and sense of fulfillment that comes from the union of their bodies and souls. Yan Sui’s kisses fall from time to time, as if he could never kiss enough, seemingly expressing emotions that go beyond what words could convey.
He fell in love with Meng Ting even faster than when he came to like him, and the intensity of his feelings had already exceeded his expectations. But this was the reality——deeply in love and utterly helpless.
After a while, he finally pulled Meng Ting’s arms apart and lifted him up.
“Let’s take a bath before we sleep, otherwise you’ll get sick.”
Ever since he realized his desire for Meng Ting, Yan Sui had done a lot of homework, but it was useless. When the moment came, all that preparation went out the window; they had to figure things out together. Now that it was over, he could recall some things.
Still tightly pressed against Yan Sui, Meng Ting nodded, “I really do feel weak in the legs…”
It was even worse than the last time he got drunk, so he couldn’t refuse Yan Sui’s offer to carry him to the bath.
Upon hearing this, Yan Sui couldn’t help but smile, then tilted his head to kiss Meng Ting’s forehead before continuing to carry him to the bathroom.
“Don’t move; I’ll take care of you.”
Yan Sui turned on the faucet, checked the temperature, and then pulled Meng Ting into his embrace.
Meng Ting lifted his eyes to look at the person, then nodded.
Yan Sui helped him take a bath last time while he was intoxicated and asleep, but this time, he remained fully awake throughout the process. However, they had already done more intimate things together, so there didn’t seem to be anything particularly embarrassing about it. Nevertheless, the truth was that the faint blush on his face never faded.
When Yan Sui asked Meng Ting to raise his hands, he raised his hands, and when asked to raise his legs, he raised his legs. After rinsing off the bubbles, Yan Sui also took responsibility for drying him off, wrapped him in a bath towel, and carried him back to bed.
There was an experience before, and Meng Ting was extremely cooperative, so Yan Sui didn’t sweat much this time. Looking at the person wrapped in a towel, with half of his face exposed, he smiled with a sense of accomplishment and leaned down to kiss Meng Ting’s hair.
“I’ll be back in a moment.”
“Okay,” Meng Ting replied softly. After Yan Sui walked into the bathroom, he pulled the blanket over himself to wrap his body.
In an instant, all the forcefully suppressed shyness burst forth as he blushed and leaned against his knees.
Ahhhhh, he actually did that kind of thing with Yan Sui… and he even acted so awkwardly, calling for a stop every now and then. Did Yan Sui not like it?
He touched his burning cheeks, his mind in a mess, not even noticing when Yan Sui returned.
It wasn’t until he was picked up and laid back down on the bed that he finally looked up at the person.
“Yan Sui, do you dislike it?”
“Are you feeling uncomfortable somewhere?”
The two people’s voices almost overlapped, but after understanding each other, both of them were momentarily taken aback.
“Dislike what?” Yan Sui asked, and he also no longer needed Meng Ting to answer his question. He pulled back the blanket and gently lifted Meng Ting’s leg to check for himself. His brow furrowed slightly; although it wasn’t as serious as a wound that bled, it was still a bit red and swollen.
He set Meng Ting’s leg down and looked at his flushed face, leaning in to give him a kiss before turning to rummage through the bedside table.
“Do you have any dislikes about… making love with me?”
Meng Ting said as he pulled the blanket up, covering his steaming face, but at the same time, his eyes were fixed intently on Yan Sui.
Yan Sui paused in his action of checking the foreign instructions and turned around to meet Meng Ting’s somewhat anxious gaze. He reflected for a moment, wondering if he had been too serious, causing Meng Ting to misunderstand.
He lifted Meng Ting’s chin and, with his kiss, conveyed his feelings, “I like it.”
“Mm,” Meng Ting pressed his lips together, then nodded. After pondering for a moment, he said, “Then, shall we give it another try tomorrow night?”
When Yan Sui heard this, his Adam’s apple rolled up and down, “Alright.”
There was simply no way to refuse…

He finished reading the instructions and then called Zhen Han to confirm. When Zhen Han couldn’t help but roar, he hung up the phone just in time. It was now past ten o’clock at night for them, whereas back in the country, it was five o’clock in the morning. Zhen Han usually didn’t wake up until six or seven at the earliest.
However, after he hung up the phone, he sat there with a dark expression, thinking for quite a while, before finally realizing what Yan Sui had asked him. Then his face turned even darker; as a single cousin who was studying medicine, his situation was truly too tragic and inhumane!
Yan Sui finished applying the medicine to Meng Ting, and then lay down beside him. He held the person in his arms and kissed Meng Ting on the center of his brows and on his forehead, saying, “Good night.”
“Good night.” Meng Ting responded in a low voice and then he closed his eyes. He was so excited at first that he didn’t feel tired yet, but now he was really tired and sleepy. “Yan Sui…”
“Mm?”
Yan Sui lightly expressed his confusion, but before he could hear Meng Ting’s follow-up words, the person calling him had already settled into a steady breath two seconds later.
Yan Sui helplessly ruffled Meng Ting’s hair and closed his eyes to sleep.
To be honest, the physical desires weren’t fully alleviated, but the satisfaction of the soul was beyond words; this night could finally be considered their wedding night.
Logically speaking, knowing those things should have affected Meng Ting’s emotions to some extent, but those influences were quietly forgotten in a moment filled with deep feelings and mutual affection. He felt the safe and familiar scent at the tip of his nose, and he slept very well and deeply, without dreaming at all.

Meng Ting woke up wanting to go for a run but was hugged around the waist by Yan Sui. “Let me take a look first. I’ll see if you can run.”
After thinking for a moment, Meng Ting finally realized what Yan Sui wanted to check. He grabbed Yan Sui’s hand, which was gradually moving down, and anxiously said, “No need, no need. I can feel it; I’m already fine.”
However, Yan Sui probably took off his clothes more easily than taking off his own clothes. In no time, Meng Ting’s pants were stripped away. He couldn’t stop it; he could only pull the blanket over his head and pretend to be dead.
After Yan Sui finished checking him, he helped Meng Ting get dressed again, then wrapped him in a blanket, holding him close. “Don’t run these days. When we get home, I’ll run with you.”
Upon hearing this, Meng Ting shifted slightly, then slowly moved closer to Yan Sui. “I’m a guy; it doesn’t matter to me.”
He wasn’t as delicate as Yan Sui thought; the marks on his body were proof that he had endured his fair share of injuries. Yet during those times, he could still run as usual. Last night’s discomfort was nothing significant to him.
“It didn’t matter before, but from now on, it does.”
Yan Sui tightened his embrace a bit more, pulling down the blanket that covered his head. He kissed the corner of his eye again and said, “Whether you’re hurt or sick, it pains me to see it, and it has nothing to do with whether you’re a man or not.”
Meng Zhi pondered for a while before digesting the meaning behind Yan Sui’s words, “So it matters because you love me?”
“Mm, I love you.”
A smile appeared on Yan Sui’s face, and another gentle kiss landed on Meng Ting’s lips.
“I like you; seeing you and touching you makes me happy, but what should it be like to love you?” Meng Ting reached out, hugged Yan Sui’s neck, and then asked in a muffled voice. Having never been loved, he didn’t know what it truly meant to be in love.
Yan Sui thought for a moment and truly felt that this question was somewhat profound and difficult to answer. After a while, he gently pulled away from Meng Ting a little and replied, “There’s no rush to know. When you fall in love with me, you’ll understand.”
Meng Ting blinked and leaned a little closer to Yan Sui, saying, “I will fall in love with you.”
Yan Sui pulled the person to him, and he kissed Meng Ting’s lips. Then, as if enchanted, he couldn’t help but continue kissing deeply.
The two of them cuddled and kissed. After waking up, they lingered in bed for nearly an hour before finally getting up to wash up and head downstairs for breakfast.
After finishing breakfast, they continued to another nearby town to have fun, but the two of them seemed even less focused than the day before. To be more specific, they were simply continuing to kiss in a different town.
On the boardwalk by the bay where the sea breeze gently blows, in the square filled with hundreds of white doves flying about, in front of the ancient city walls rich with history——any place where their hearts are moved for each other.
Including this night that has yet to pass, they have stayed at the Rose Manor for four days. Except for the first night, they have been frolicking until very late at night. Meng Ting has already gone without his morning run for four consecutive days; the morning run has been canceled, but the evening walk is still maintained.
Therefore, every evening, Yan Sui would receive a bouquet of flowers personally selected by Meng Ting. Each bouquet had a slightly different fragrance, but they were all equally delightful and captivating.
When they went out to play, Yan Sui took quite a few photos of Meng Ting, and even had some passersby take a few pictures of them together. Yan Sui plans to pick two from those——one to put in the company and one to hang in their bedroom.

“Yan Sui, Cousin said he’ll send me pictures of Maoqiu and Dahuang, but I have to send him photos of us.”
Meng Ting was holding his phone, resting his head on Yan Sui’s thigh, slightly tilting his head in distress as he looked at Yan Sui. He wanted to see photos of Maoqiu and Dahuang, but he wasn’t very keen on sending photos of Yan Sui to Zhen Han.
Meng Ting was still unsure whether he was in love with Yan Sui or not, but his possessiveness towards Yan Sui becomes more evident day by day.
“Tell me, is it okay if I only send him pictures of the scenery?”
“Sure,” Yan Sui said, ruffling Meng Ting’s hair. “You tell him it was my idea.”
Meng Ting softly hummed in agreement, then pondered for a moment. He decided to send Zhen Han a scenic photo featuring their two shadows. The blue sea stretched into the sky, two shadows nestled together; though no people were seen, one could still sense the affection.
Zhen Han stared at the photo for quite a while, feeling both frustrated and helpless. Unfortunately, all he had were front-facing shots of Dahuang and Maoqiu, or pictures of them playing around; he didn’t have any ‘artistic’ photos like this with shadows.
Yan Sui automatically activated his artistic attributes when he faced his sister-in-law; it was just… too funny!
“Hahaha!”
Laughter echoed from the second floor of the pet hospital, startling quite a few cats and dogs.
“Meow meow meow…”
“Woof woof…”
He returned to his senses with joy and then posted the photo on his WeChat Moments. If there were frontal photos of Yan Sui and Meng Ting, he would definitely not post them, but posting their shadows shouldn’t be a problem at all.
Being abused alone is not as good as being abused together… Anyway, the people in his Moments have also been ‘abused’ quite a bit by Yan Sui and Meng Ting.
“Ah, he posted it on Moments…”
Meng Ting originally wanted to post a photo of their Dahuang and Maoqiu being affectionate, but when he scrolled, he first saw the photo he sent to Zhen Han.
“They’re so impressive, they can tell it’s us right away.” Meng Ting could see fewer comments than Yan Sui on his phone, but Gu Lang and Zhong Ming had particularly keen eyes and recognized them without thinking too much.
Yan Sui also opened his phone and scrolled a couple of times, and then took the phone away from Meng Ting’s hand.
“We need to set off early tomorrow, so now it’s time to sleep.”
Yan Sui felt helpless that he had to compete for attention with the phone, but Meng Ting had indeed been influenced by Zhen Han and those people lately, and he really enjoyed playing around on Moments. Of course, it’s also because he suddenly came across photos of Maoqiu and Dahuang in the afternoon, which made him very happy.
That evening, he took the initiative to contact Zhen Han, wanting to see more photos. As this went back and forth, it seemed like he had left Yan Sui in the cold.
“Mm,” Meng Ting replied. The whole person rolled over, shifting from Yan Sui’s thigh to the side of his neck and leaning in to plant a kiss on Yan Sui’s cheek. “Are we going to do it again tonight?”
Yan Sui hugged the person back and kissed him fiercely a few times, pulling him into his embrace. “We went a bit overboard yesterday; let’s talk about it tomorrow night.”
In the past, Yan Sui only needed to endure silently, but now he also has to endure alongside Meng Tang, who is just beginning to taste this experience. This makes things much more difficult; there seemed to be no end to his endurance.
Hearing this, Meng Tang smiled and kissed Yan Sui back a few times, saying, “Alright.”
He knew that Yan Sui made this decision out of concern for him, and this special warmth was even more comforting than the sun in the Rose Manor.
