“Why hasn’t this kid woken up yet? Ai Shan, is the dose of medicine fed to him too large? Xiao Tao asked, crouching beside the boy.

Xiao Tao didn’t sleep well on the road making her really sleepy, so she restrained the little boy on the bed and took a nap by herself in the room.

In the living room outside, Ai Shan was eating and watching the TV, when suddenly there was a bang on the window, as if it was forced open by something.

Ai Shan got up cursing and walked over, looking out of the window. But except for the whistling night wind, there was nothing else. It was estimated that the wind blew up stones and hit the window, he muttered, “This broken house, even the windows can’t be locked tightly.”

In the room where Xiao Tao was staying, the little boy who was restrained on the bed, slowly opened his eyes. The prolonged period of sleep made his reaction a little sluggish, and his big black and white eyes stared at the ceiling for a long time, before turning his head to look at Xiao Tuo, who was napping on the table not far away.

The boy woke up for two days in a row without eating or drinking anything. Apart from sleeping all day, he just sat there in a daze, like a doll with no feelings.
