“Pfft—” Yao Qing spat out her drink all over Gu Zhifei’s face, “So after all that, only two fingers went in? And you still made such a fuss?”
Gu Zhifei wiped his face stoically. “You should try it yourself. Then you’ll know how painful it is to—uh—have it done back there.”
Yao Qing sighed, “No matter how painful, crying for two hours seems a bit excessive.”
Ever since Yao Qing heard that Gu Zhifei and Jiang Yang’s first time together ended with Gu Zhifei crying himself to sleep, she had been endlessly curious about what happened. Now that she finally asked, the truth was far from what she had imagined.
Resting her chin in her hand, Yao Qing asked, “So after that night in the hotel, you haven’t tried again?”
“Nope.” Gu Zhifei said coldly. “He won’t even kiss me. What’s the point?”
Yao Qing was surprised. “No way! Aren’t you guys still in the honeymoon phase?”
Gu Zhifei’s expression was a stiff smile. “Heh.”
Yao Qing thought for a moment. “Maybe he realized he still prefers girls? After all, he was straight to begin with.”
Gu Zhifei snorted. “Maybe he’s still straight now.”
Yao Qing asked, “Have you noticed something?”
“He’s been getting close to a girl in his class lately.” Gu Zhifei said, angrily biting into a pancake.
Yao Qing tried to comfort him, “Maybe it’s just exam season. He could be asking her for study tips.”
Gu Zhifei shot her a glance. “And what if I told you that girl is someone he used to have a crush on?”
Yao Qing was at a loss for words. “…”
Meanwhile, in a different setting, Shen Xin was watching Jiang Yang fumble with a needle and thread, sweat pouring from his brow. He looked more exhausted than if he’d run a marathon.
Shen Xin chuckled helplessly. “Don’t be so nervous. If you can’t finish in time, I’ll help you knit it.”
Jiang Yang shook his head. “This is the first birthday gift I’m giving him. I have to finish it myself.”
“How many days do you have left?” Shen Xin asked, “You haven’t spent time with your boyfriend these days. Won’t he be upset?”
Jiang Yang sighed. “If I don’t hurry, I won’t finish on time.” After a pause, he added, “I already told Zhifei that I’m preparing for exams. He’s understanding and won’t get upset over something so small.”
Shen Xin muttered, “Don’t be so sure. People in love are always fools.”
While Jiang Yang was busy knitting, Gu Zhifei was in the dorm carving a wooden figure. Dormmates A, B, and C gathered around, watching the small wooden figure take shape with awe.
“Amazing. Is this for some girl?” Dormmate C joked.
“If I were a girl and saw how skilled Gu Laoda is, I’d marry him on the spot.” Dormmate C added, to which A and B responded, “Shut up, you idiot!”
Gu Zhifei, scowling, shaved off another layer of the wooden figure, his expression cold. “It’s not for anyone. I’m just making it to amuse myself.”
The dormmates shivered. After a moment, Dormmate C said, “Wait a minute, Gu Laoda, this figure’s hair is too short. Is it really for a girl?”
“Nope.” Gu Zhifei replied casually. He then grabbed a brush, dipped it in ink, and turned the figure over, writing two words on its back.
Dormmates A and B pushed C aside to get a closer look. On the figure’s butt, Gu Zhifei had written two characters: Jiang Yang.
Dormmate C scratched his head. “That sounds like a boy’s name.”
“Mhm.” Gu Zhifei confirmed.
Dormmate C, now horrified, asked, “So… what happened to his, um, you know?”
Gu Zhifei stabbed the knife into a piece of scrap wood beside him, his eyes flashing coldly. “I cut it off.”
Dormmates: “…” They huddled together, trembling in fear.
A few days later.
Gu Zhifei had just grabbed some food and turned around, only to bump into a familiar chest. Without looking, he started to walk away.
Jiang Yang immediately grabbed him. “Zhifei!”
Gu Zhifei shot him a cold glance. “Let go.”
“No.” Jiang Yang’s eyes were red with frustration. “I’ve been texting and calling you for days. You don’t reply, and I can’t find you. I finally run into you, and this is how you treat me.”
Gu Zhifei scoffed. “Why should I care? Don’t you prefer spending time with your precious Shen Xin? Why are you even bothering with me?”
Jiang Yang was taken aback. “You know Shen Xin and I are just classmates, right?”
Gu Zhifei sneered. “Oh really? All I know is that your face turns red every time you see him.”
“That’s just a biological response! You’re the one who told me that!” Jiang Yang protested.
Gu Zhifei retorted, “Whoever believes that is an idiot.”
Jiang Yang: “…”
As Gu Zhifei shook off Jiang Yang’s hand and prepared to leave, Jiang Yang, eyes reddening further, rushed forward. In one swift move, he lifted Gu Zhifei up over his shoulder and sprinted off with him!
Onlookers: This looks oddly familiar…
Once Jiang Yang had carried Gu Zhifei all the way back to his own dorm, he set him down on his bed. His dormmates were stunned, thinking, Where on earth did Jiang Yang find himself a bride?
Gu Zhifei glanced at the mess of food in the takeout bag, his expression darkening.
Standing by the bed, Jiang Yang’s eyes reddened as he asked, “Do you not like me anymore?”
Dormmates: “…”
Already angry, Gu Zhifei was enraged by the question. “Are you crazy?! I’m hungry! Get lost!” He raised his leg to kick Jiang Yang.
But Jiang Yang stepped forward, using his knee to pin Gu Zhifei’s legs down while gripping his wrist. “Why won’t you answer me?!”
Dormmates: “…”
Exchanging glances, the dormmates silently slipped out. One of them, fresh out of the shower and still half-dressed, was dragged away by the others, who also kindly closed the door behind them.
The room dimmed as the door clicked shut.
Now calm, Gu Zhifei couldn’t help but chuckle. “Alright, stop messing around. Look, you scared your dormmates away.”
But Jiang Yang wasn’t amused. “You’re dodging the question again. Don’t think I can’t tell. If you don’t answer me, I won’t let go.”
“Then don’t let go.” Gu Zhifei pouted. “But kiss me first.”
Jiang Yang was so startled that he stepped back, releasing Gu Zhifei.
Gu Zhifei laughed mockingly, stood up, and made for the door. Jiang Yang tried to grab him again, but Gu Zhifei glared at him.
“There’s no need to force yourself.” Gu Zhifei said coldly. “Every time it gets serious, you back off like a coward. If you can’t handle being with a guy, just say it, and we’ll break up.”
Jiang Yang was dumbfounded. “That’s not it.”
“Oh really?” Gu Zhifei retorted. “Then why do you get scared every time I kiss you? If you’re so tough, stop dodging.”
Jiang Yang stammered, “It’s… it’s because…”
Gu Zhifei chuckled dryly. “No need to explain. I get it.” He waved dismissively. “Goodbye.”
Seeing Gu Zhifei was really about to leave, Jiang Yang realized if he didn’t do something now, it’d be over. In a panic, he shouted, “It’s because I’m afraid I won’t be able to hold back! It’s not what you think!”
Gu Zhifei paused in his steps, turning around with a surprised look.
Now that he’d started, Jiang Yang found it easier to continue, pouring his heart out. “I’ve never had any experience before. I hurt you the first time, and every time you kiss me, I can’t help but… get hard. I’m scared of hurting you again. I don’t have feelings for Shen Xin at all, I swear.”
Gu Zhifei’s heart swelled with satisfaction. He thought, From now on, I’ll kiss Jiang Yang a hundred times a day! Keep him hard all the time!
But outwardly, he remained composed, still asking coldly, “Then why have you been spending so much time with Shen Xin?”
Jiang Yang, feeling guilty, asked, “Can I tell you tomorrow?”
Gu Zhifei: “No.”
Sighing, Jiang Yang lowered his head and went to the closet. He took out a scarf that was almost finished and handed it to Gu Zhifei. “I’ve been asking her how to knit this. Tomorrow is your birthday, and I wanted to give you a gift I made myself.”
The scarf was navy and still had a few stitches left to finish, but it was already quite long.
Gu Zhifei was stunned for a moment before reaching out to take the not-so-great-looking scarf.
Jiang Yang muttered regretfully, “I wanted it to be a surprise. If I finish it tonight, I’ll give it to you tomorrow.”
Setting aside the takeout bag, Gu Zhifei ran his hand over the scarf, then teased with a dry laugh, “Aren’t you afraid people will call you a sissy?”
Jiang Yang whispered, “I told them it was for my wife. They were more envious than anything.”
Unable to hold back, Gu Zhifei threw himself at Jiang Yang and started kissing him.
Jiang Yang whimpered, “Watch out for the needle! Ow, it poked my leg!”
Gu Zhifei tossed the scarf onto the bed, pulled Jiang Yang closer, and kissed him harder, their tongues intertwining. After hesitating for a few seconds, Jiang Yang embraced him, turned them around, and pinned Gu Zhifei against the bed frame, kissing back with ten times the force.
Gu Zhifei’s hands slid down Jiang Yang’s back, grabbing his butt before moving around to the front and gently squeezing.
“You’re hard already.” Gu Zhifei whispered. “What should we do?”
Jiang Yang swallowed, staring straight at him. “I don’t know.”
Gu Zhifei asked, “Do you have lube?”
Jiang Yang’s heart raced as he stammered, “I-I’ll go get it.” He quickly moved to the drawer and found the bottle of lubricant.
Gu Zhifei took the lube, ordering, “Lie down on the bed.”
Jiang Yang, voice hoarse, asked, “Should I take off my clothes?”
With a low chuckle, Gu Zhifei replied, “No need. I’ll undress you.” With that, he went to lock the dorm door.
Jiang Yang blushed as he lay down on the bed, glancing at Gu Zhifei, whose face was equally flushed. As he lay down, Gu Zhifei had already stripped himself naked.
Gu Zhifei walked over, naked, and straddled Jiang Yang, pressing down on his erection as he slowly began to unbutton his shirt.
“I can’t take it, Zhifei. Hurry up. I’m dying here.” Jiang Yang pleaded.
Gu Zhifei gave him a stroke and raised an eyebrow. “Here?”
Jiang Yang’s muscles tensed, his pulse pounding. He clenched his fists, struggling to keep from flipping them over and pinning Gu Zhifei beneath him. After a moment, he nodded.
Lowering his head, Gu Zhifei unzipped Jiang Yang’s pants, freeing his erection. He kissed the tip, and Jiang Yang instantly felt the blood rush downward, his cock swelling to an impressive size.
Jiang Yang almost jumped up, barely restraining the urge to flip Gu Zhifei over and press him down.
“Don’t rush.” Gu Zhifei said gently. He carefully opened the lube and applied some to his entrance.
Jiang Yang watched, eyes locked on him, veins bulging in his neck and arms as he strained to keep control.
Finally ready, Gu Zhifei raised his hips and slowly lowered himself onto Jiang Yang.
In an instant, the dorm was filled with the heat of passion.
Only when night fell and the city lights flickered on did everything quiet down again.
Later, a brief conversation echoed in the room.
“I’ll help you clean up… Hey, what’s this? It fell out of your clothes.”
“I carved it for you, can’t you tell? It’s a gift. Keep it safe, or I’ll kiss you a hundred times over.”
“Why doesn’t it have… that?”
“What do you mean ‘that’?”
“You know, that.”
“I’m so tired… zzzZZZ.”
“Drink some porridge before you sleep.”
“Shut up.”
Meanwhile, Jiang Yang’s dormmates sat in the study room, glancing at each other: Can we go back to the dorm yet?
“The Wi-Fi here is so slow. I can’t even play games!”
