When the man called Rody saw Shan Ming glaring at him, he was shocked by his ferocious eyes at first. But when he thought of the four retired special forces bodyguards behind him, he felt full of security. He thought that this fierce oriental beauty was very interesting.
Rody has noticed Shan Ming since he entered the hall. His handsome face, thick black hair, and slender perfect body all fascinated him. He couldn’t help but want to change his taste for the night. Why not try Asian food tonight?
Rody smiled, “Where are you from? China? Your hair is so beautiful. Your eyes too.”
Shan Ming glanced at him coldly and turned his head away without answering. He gave the dealer a gesture to ask for another card.
Rody asked hesitantly, “Is this your first time here? I can guide you for free.”
Shan Ming turned his head and squinted his eyes at him, “Change another table.”
Rody was stunned, “What?”
“You. Go change to another table. Or I will stuff you under this table.” The mood is bad enough for Shan Ming after losing his money and this bloody asshole dares to talk to him. Shan Ming really wanted to scatter his teeth all over the floor.
Rody really didn’t expect Shan Ming to be so bold. He wondered if he even saw the bodyguards behind him.
Even the young croupier became nervous for Shan Ming. He thought that Shan Ming surely didn’t understand what it meant to offend Mr. Rody.
Rody smiled instead of being angry, “Interesting. Do you know who you are talking to right now?”
Shan Ming ridiculed him: “No one is talking to you. You are the one who kept blabbering like a madman…”
As soon as Rody slapped the table and stood up, the bodyguards behind him were about to pounce on Shan Ming. Unfortunately, these people were not as fast as Shan Ming. When Rody slapped the table and stood up, Shan Ming had already got up to grab Rody by his hair and banged his head on the table loudly. He pressed Rody’s head down on the table as he pressed his fingers on his eyeballs. He then looked provocatively at the four bodyguards who were about to rush up to him.
These people didn’t dare to move anymore. They were staring at Shan Ming’s dangerous fingers.
Shan Ming’s hands were like iron pliers. Rody felt like his skull was about to be crushed by him. Meanwhile, the fingers on his eyelid made him feel even more terrified. He cried out in fear: “Let me go. Do you want to die?”
Shen Changze smiled with satisfaction, gloating at the unlucky guy who dared to flirt with his father.
The security guards of the casino ran over in a row. There were about a dozen of them.
The foreman quickly ran up to the two of them. His face was sweating nervously and he said to Shan Ming in a friendly tone, “Sir, please let go of Mr. Rody immediately. Trust me, I am telling you to do this for your own safety.”
Shan Ming displayed a bloodthirsty smile on his face, “For my safety? I really want to know how safe I would be if I gouged out one of his eyeballs.”
“Don’t!” The foreman almost knelt down on the floor, “Sir, I beg you not to be impulsive.”
There was a sound of the safety bolt of a machine gun. Even in such an unquiet environment, the sound still penetrated through the loud noise and rushed into the eardrums of both Shan Ming and Shen Changze. Shan Ming grabbed Rody and held him in front of himself to use as a block. Most of the people who knew of the snake attack were terrified. The bullets flew under Rody’s armpits, scraping his expensive suit.
As soon as the gunfire ended, Shen Changze jumped up and threw himself on the security guard who shot secretly at a speed that no one could react to. He punched him on the bridge of the nose and grabbed the gun. He then aimed it at the crystal chandelier on the ceiling. Three shots were fired and the crystal pendants all fell to the ground despite none of the light bulbs being broken. Shen Changze said in a deep voice, “Whoever dares to make another move, the next bullet will be in his head.” Holding the gun, Shen Changze placed the nozzle at one of the security guards. He took a gun and threw it to Shan Ming. He then stood back to back with Shan Ming.
Rody knew by now that he had offended the wrong person.
The gunshots caused panic so the people in the casino began to evacuate the guests. Shan Ming looked at the casino security guards pouring in, thinking that he should have been on a good vacation. But unexpectedly, there’s trouble again, ruining his good mood. So he decided to take down this motherfucker and had fun.
Shan Ming pinched Rody’s chin and said viciously, “Open your useless eyes and take a good look. You made me lose money and you dare to flirt with me. Your dick must be useless, how about I cut it off for you?”
Rody’s eyes widened and his lips trembled. How could he have mistaken this oriental young man who is evil and monstrous for a cold and elegant beauty just now? Rody grabbed his forearm and he could feel the vigorous and strong muscles through the material of the clothes. The hard chest muscles were also pressed against his back.
Shan Ming said angrily, “I don’t even have a chance to relax when I’m out to have fun. Damn it.” He angrily dislocated Rody’s jaw. Shan Ming’s hand is so strong that it is not a problem to crush a small stone… let alone a human’s mandible.

I hope you can let him go first and then we can sit down and resolve the issue peacefully.”
Shan Ming snorted coldly: “If I let him go, I will be cornered.”
“No. That will absolutely not happen.” The man said to Rody: “Mr. Rody, for my sake?”
Rody nodded hurriedly. It was really hard to be held hostage by Shan Ming. This man was too vicious and terrifying.
Shan Ming said: “Okay. Then get your people in your casino and Rody’s bodyguards all back out until I can’t see them around the corner at all. Only you and Rody stay.”
The man waved his hand while Rody signalled with his eyes. Everyone backed out and the hall was empty for a while.
Shan Ming threw Rody onto a chair and sat down on another himself. The gun in his hand was still pointed at Rody’s waist.
Rody tried to put his jaw back together with an expression of embarrassment and indignation.
Shan Ming grabbed his chin and relocated his jaw. Rody took several breaths in pain, looking at Shan Ming with hate and fear in his eyes.
Shan Ming knocked on the table with his fingers and said to the person in charge: “What should we do about this? We were originally here on vacation but this piece of shit ruined my vacation.”
The man looked at Shen Changze, “Are you two… brothers?”
“No. We are father and son.” Shen Changze raised his chin and said arrogantly.
The person in charge and also Rody looked very surprised, thinking to themselves that Asians do get married at such a young age.
Shan Ming said impatiently: “I’m not in the mood for petty conversation. Tell me, what should we do now?”
“What do you mean?”
Shan Ming glanced at him coldly. He then grabbed Rody’s hair and forced him to look into his eyes. He said viciously, “I don’t care who the fuck you Rody is. Remember this. You can’t afford to mess with me. I haven’t had enough fun here yet. In the next three days, if you dare to bother us, I will make your life worse than death.” Then he pointed to the gambling table and said arrogantly: “You make me lose. It’s your fault. You pay me one million.”
The person in charge nodded and said, “I will never bother you ever.” Then he immediately called someone to prepare a million in cash.
Rody looked at the person in charge in disbelief. He apparently did not believe that the man was going to let Shan Ming who dared to humiliate him go so easily. But he hadn’t recovered from his fear yet so in front of Shan Ming, he didn’t even dare to say a word.
Soon, one million cash was ready to be given to him. Shan Ming regretted it a little. It would have been better to ask for more than just one million since the casino is not short of money.
After taking the money, Shan Ming held Rody by the neck and walked towards the door. He then walked to the parking lot. The two threw Rody down to the ground before getting into the car and drove away.
Shen Changze patted the box of cash in the car. He said with a smile, “Baba, I think what we are doing today is similar to robbing a bank.”
Shan Ming glared at him, “It’s worthless if that’s all you need to rob a bank.”
Shen Changze said: “Will he simply let us go like this?”
“Of course not. Won’t you try to get revenge if you are treated like that? However, this is an orderly society ruled by law after all. If they want to do something, we have to be well-prepared. Let’s go back and pack our things. We should head back to Colombia. They might be able to take action at The Cannes airport. We can go to Lyon or Paris first. They should not be faster than us.”
“It’s hard to tell. People in Monaco look very well-connected.”
Shan Ming smiled eagerly, “If they really want to do something at the airport, I’d be happy to entertain them. It’ll be a brand new battlefield that they haven’t experienced before.” Shan Ming really enjoys every life-threatening challenge.
Shen Changze also smiled and said, “Baba, don’t worry. As long as I’m here, no one will get to hurt you.”
Shan Ming laughed loudly, “That’s right. If it doesn’t work, I’ll let you turn into a monster and bite them to death.”
Shen Changze looked at the front with a smile. He is strong enough now, no longer as weak as when he was a child. As long as he is with his father and he does not leave him, he will not be afraid of anything.
The two of them went back to the hotel and quickly packed their bags. They then drove straight to Lyon. It was almost dawn when they arrived at the airport.
The two took simple luggages, put money and guns in boxes that could avoid security checks, and bought air tickets directly at the counter. When they were walking towards the security checkpoint, a man passed by Shan Ming and bumped him lightly.
Shan Ming was holding the luggage’s handle in one hand and the coat in his other hand. Although he reacted quickly to catch him, the man was very flexible and escaped at once. He then ran towards the airport gate.
Shan Ming knew that his wallet was gone without even touching his pocket. He said to Shen Changze: “Wait for me.” Then he turned his head and ran towards the thief.
Shen Changze was slightly taken aback. He squeezed out of the queue and chased after Shan Ming with his luggage in hand.
Shan Ming saw the thief get out of the gate so he chased after him. He had his passport in his wallet. If he lost it today, he would not be able to leave
When he stepped out of the airport gate and was exposed to the sun, he suddenly had a feeling of being watched.
Not good. It’s a trap. There’s a sniper!
Shan Ming didn’t think much. He just rolled on the ground and with a whoosh, a bullet scraped his shoulder as he got onto the ground. Shan Ming rolled over to take cover. But when he was thankful for avoiding the sniper, he suddenly felt dizzy.
Damn. The bullet…is a tranquiliser…and it’s a huge dose.
Shan Ming’s eyes darkened and he passed out.
When Shen Changze reached the airport gate, Shan Ming had already disappeared.

*Translator’s Note: My friend had experienced getting her jaw dislocated during a Taekwondo match. Her jaw was hanging down like that, it was really scary and she was in great pain. It was a great lesson for our team to block properly if we were ever kicked in the head by our opponents. -K
