The alarm was ringing throughout the factory building. Security guards in bullet-proof suits with guns in hand rushed out one after another, each with serious expressions. It was as if they were facing a great enemy.
Shen Changze rushed to the stairs and faced a security guard head-on. When the security guard saw him, he panicked and wanted to take out a gun but Shen Changze grabbed his wrist and pulled out his gun. He then kicked him downstairs.
Scattered footsteps came from the other end of the corridor. Shen Changze turned around and shot the first person he saw two times. After knocking one down, the others did not dare to venture in. They were shouting something to each other in a language that could not be understood.
Shen Changze turned around and rushed downstairs. He was running towards the experimental area.
Through the transparent glass, he saw some panicked scientific researchers and security guards chasing after him with rifles from a distance.
Shen Changze ran to Pell’s laboratory according to his memory. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw someone jumping out from the side. He quickly turned over and jumped away. A row of bullets hit the place he had just passed.
Shen Changze’s eyes suddenly turned red and his body temperature soared. When he rushed in front of the shooter, he saw pale golden dragon scales in the pupils of the person in fear and despair. He snatched the gun from the man’s hand, swiped his tail, and smashed the man on the tempered glass, causing the man to lose consciousness immediately.
Soon, a small group of people ran over and Shen Changze rushed up to face them. He turned around in a curve and moved forward quickly. It was already very difficult for the barrels of those people to keep up with his speed. A shuttle of bullets in Shen Changze’s hand knocked down the unlucky guy who was rushing forward. Occasionally, a bullet hit his scales without causing him any pain or itch. In just over a second, this group of people had been dealt with by Shen Changze. Shen Changze searched for the guns, grenades and sabres on their bodies. He then carried them on his back and continued to head towards Pell.

Shen Changze ran all the way and when he saw the laboratory, he threw a grenade into it, scaring all the scientific researchers who ran out of the factory like crazy. There was a sound behind him, shaking the whole factory building the laboratory. Most of them were ruined by him.
He finally found the laboratory where Pell was locked up. This Dragon Blood laboratory is surrounded by bulletproof glass. Shen Changze fired thirty bullets but it didn’t break at all. The glass was cracked like spider webs. He realised that this would not work so he switched to another gun, roughly aimed at the four corners of a square to shoot, and then shot the centre of the diagonal. He emptied four magazines of bullets on the four sides and diagonal corners of the square which finally punched out some cracks.
Shen Changze stepped back a few metres and then rushed up to the glass. He slammed his shoulder blades into the centre of the diagonal line and the glass shattered. He fell into the laboratory.
He jumped up and ran to Pell’s bed. He loosened the steel rings of her limbs with the operating button and pulled out the complicated wiring on Pell’s body. He patted her face and shouted: “Pell! Pell!”
But Pell didn’t respond.
Shen Changze rolled up her eyelids to see her eyes. She was still unconscious probably due to the anaesthetic that hadn’t passed her system yet.
He took off his clothes to wrap around Pell’s body and then jumped out of the glass window which he had broken with her on his back. He still needed to find Tang Tingzhi.
The whole factory building has been made into a mess by him. There are broken walls one after another caused by the grenades everywhere. It was a complete mess.
Such a scene made it easier for Shen Changze to hide. After all, he was carrying someone on his back and she was not as resistant to bullets as he was.
Shen Changze saw a group of people running towards him. All of them replaced their weapons with high-voltage stun guns. That thing looked quite intimidating. It was sparking electric sparks. If it was to be used to deal with him, the voltage must be able to burn ordinary people into ashes.
Shen Changze ran around with Pell on his back and those people couldn’t catch up with him. But he had no clue where Tang Tingzhi was. So it would be bad for him to waste his energy like this.
He circled around the experimental area and ran to the second floor. He was blocked by another team at the stairway.
Shen Changze dodged a row of bullets and hid behind the wall. He listened to the other party’s movements.
He put Pell on the ground and then touched the gun hanging on his body. His pointed ears moved slightly, judging the positions of those people simply by his hearing.
Suddenly, a burst of machine guns roared and the security guards not far from him screamed and were all swept by bullets to the ground.
Shen Changze poked his head out and saw a man jumped down from the second floor neatly holding an M16 machine gun, wiping a seven-member team. He widened his eyes and was ecstatic in his heart, “Baba!”
Shan Ming didn’t have time to look at him. He shot the people who were still struggling on the ground one by one. He then knelt down and picked up a high-voltage stun gun. He fiddled with it and said to himself: “This looks good.”
Shen Changze ran out and hugged him, “Baba!”
Shan Ming grabbed him and dragged him back to the corner. Looking at his golden appearance, he was still not used to it.
The child was so moved, “Baba, why are you here?”
“I’m here to take you back.” Shan Ming said it as a matter-of-factly.
As soon as Shen Changze saw Shan Ming, he felt that there was an outlet for the grievances he had suffered in the past two days. He choked up and said, “Baba, that Tang Jingzhi drew 400 millilitres of blood from me. I’m a little dizzy now.”
