FS Chapter 31

On the spacecraft, people watched as he disembarked and spoke a few words. Afterward, the densely packed sea creatures at the seaside began to leave, one by one.

The vast expanse of the sea returned to calm, as if the horrifying scene just now had never existed.

They rubbed their eyes, and the silhouette of the sea behemoth departing could still be seen.

They were dumbfounded, unable to believe their eyes!

Even after Li ZouXing boarded the ship again, everyone looked at him with eyes of admiration. To possess such ability at such a young age was truly impressive.

Because the cargo couldn’t be delayed, Jin Di asked, “Can we leave now?”

Li ZouXing and Xi Nan naturally nodded. After the spacecraft was activated, they stood by Ji Yu’s side, watching as his injuries were slowly repaired.

Ji Yu’s face remained peacefully asleep, but the visible changes in his complexion were evidence of his gradual recovery.

As the White Star Sea gradually receded into the distance, Xi Nan, who remained on the spacecraft, suddenly realized, “Did we forget something?”

Following the spacecraft of strangers through the vast universe, Xi Nan admired his own courage. He looked at Li ZouXing beside him. Although this guy was currently in a daze, for some reason, even though Li ZouXing looked silly right now, being around him felt safe.

He was only nine years old, after all!

“We haven’t asked them about this matter yet,” Xi Nan remembered, quickly standing up. “Oh my goodness!”

He had a mournful expression on his face, “How could I forget even this?”

Li ZouXing couldn’t help but show a hint of disdain in his expression, but in order not to hurt his younger brother’s feelings, he pretended not to hear.

Xi Nan looked around, sighed, and said, “This spaceship seems so outdated.”

Li ZouXing snapped out of his thoughts and looked at him with confusion.

“The equipment is all from several years ago,” Xi Nan grumbled.

From the outside, it looks quite high-end, but inside, all the equipment is outdated, including the rescue pod used by Ji Yu. They’re all products from four or five years ago.

However, considering this is an ordinary cargo transport spacecraft, he feels that he can’t expect more.

Li ZouXing stood up and went to touch the surface of the rescue pod. The icy sensation spread from his palm, and right beneath his palm was Ji Yu’s face.

“It’s okay,” he said, “Once Ji Yu recovers tomorrow, we’ll disembark.”

“But how do we disembark?” Xi Nan asked. “We can’t just say ‘let’s disembark’ and do it. We also need to see if there are any planets nearby with spaceports where we can take a ship back.”

Li ZouXing replied, “But I can control this ship.”

“But just because you can control it doesn’t mean we can…” Xi Nan’s pupils dilated. “What did you say?!”

Li ZouXing raised a finger to his lips, and Xi Nan instinctively shut his mouth.

Silly Xi Nan hadn’t realized that the fact Li ZouXing was speaking to him so boldly meant that they were already shielded here. He had been deceived and taken for a spin. Xi Nan lowered his voice and asked, “Is this the right thing to do?”

“But they would worry,” Li ZouXing also lowered his voice, responding, “What if they’re extremely concerned?”

Spoken earnestly, it did make some sense. Xi Nan was still conflicted. “But they saved Ji Yu. It’s not right for us to do this.”

“You’re right.”

Li ZouXing nodded and gave a big smile. “Xing Xing supports you.”

With his ready agreement, Xi Nan hesitated even more. He scrutinized Li ZouXing up and down several times. Li ZouXing innocently met his gaze, causing Xi Nan to cave in and faintly feel like he had been tricked. “Yin.”

But even Yin didn’t help, because Li ZouXing looked at him in puzzlement, appearing even more innocent and naive than him.

Xi Nan felt that he had to rely on himself for this matter. He obtained the navigational records from the crew members and carefully considered which planets they passed by might have civilian spacecraft traveling to the White Star Sea.

White Star Sea.

The determined descent of the distant spacecraft caused Gu WenCheng and his two companions to turn serious.

The captured assailant’s face turned pale as he begged, “I was just being greedy for a moment. I didn’t even know who you were.”

They didn’t have time to play games with him. Once they had extracted all the information they could, they knocked him out and tied him to a tree, notifying the forces on White Star Sea to come and collect him.

Before leaving, Gu WenCheng didn’t spare him. He invaded his mind with mental power, intending to make him experience the sensation of dying from a mental eruption.

When they rushed back quickly, they still couldn’t match the speed of the spacecraft. By the time they reached the seaside, the spacecraft had long disappeared.

Gu WenCheng’s expression turned grim, his hand clenched tightly at his side.

Blood drops were found on the beach.

He stared intently, a gaze that sent shivers down one’s spine.

Ling Nian sent Xi Nan a communication request, and he had assumed it would be blocked, but unexpectedly, it went through!

Xi Nan’s face appeared on the screen. He looked embarrassed, as if he had just used a light brain today. “I forgot that I can still use the light brain to contact you.”

“…” Ling Nian remained silent for a moment, then asked, “Where’s Ji Yu?”

It was best to ask the most reliable person.

“Ji Yu is injured,” Xi Nan aimed the light brain at the rescue pod. “He’s badly hurt, but he’ll be fine by tomorrow. Don’t worry, we’re with him.”

Upon hearing that someone was injured, the expressions of the three of them soured. After observing Ji Yu carefully, Si Wo Lin pursed his lips and asked, “Who hurt him?”

At the same time, Gu WenCheng asked: “And where’s Li ZouXing?”

Xi Nan didn’t know who to answer first, but Li ZouXing’s face appeared on the screen.

Gu WenCheng’s gaze shifted momentarily, and Li ZouXing began recounting the events that had transpired.

His language was concise, and his logic was clear. Seeing that Ji Yu was already recovering, Ling Nian was surprised. “You’ve healed?”

“He’s only nine now,” Xi Nan piped up. “Much more reliable than before.”

Li ZouXing didn’t quite agree. “I’ve always been reliable. I’m Ji Yu’s hero.”

“Alright, alright,” Xi Nan feigned nonchalance. “You’re the hero.”

Li ZouXing cheerfully chatted and laughed with Xi Nan on the screen, completely forgetting about the others on the other side. Gu WenCheng slowly pressed down his lips.

This guy didn’t even spare him a glance, his gaze didn’t linger on him. It was as if, after not seeing each other for a day, he had forgotten that Gu WenCheng was a significant figure.

“Xi Nan,” he spoke up. “Where are you now?”

Xi Nan replied honestly, “I don’t know.”

He answered straightforwardly, his face displaying utter foolishness.

Gu WenCheng inquired, “Send us your location. Do you need us to come over?”

His tone was gentle and he slightly bent over the light brain. However, there was no response from the other side. The projection disappeared, and the screen showed that communication could not be established.

Ling Nian furrowed his brows, made a few attempts, then shook his head. “Can’t reach them.”

Si Wo Lin expressed concern, “Ji Yu is injured. Can only Xi Nan and ZouXing handle the situation?”

The others remained silent, equally uncertain.

If Li ZouXing recovers, then they can manage, but if Li Zo Xing doesn’t recover, the situation hangs in the balance. They can only hope that the other party doesn’t have ill intentions. Otherwise, how can they, with one naturally low IQ and the other having acquired a low IQ later, outsmart them?

Gu WenCheng walked a few steps towards the seaside, and a mermaid leaped out of the sea. Seeing him, the little mermaid immediately said, “The boss says there’s more than one person stealing energy crystals.”

The term “boss” sounded cute to Gu WenCheng, and he patted the mermaid’s head. “Did he say anything else?”

The mermaid pondered for a moment. “Commercial spacecraft, Tiran.”

“I understand.” Gu WenCheng stood up calmly.

Ling Nian and Si Wo Lin, who followed him, asked, “Tiran, is that the name of the ship?”

“It’s the name of their team,” Gu WenCheng replied with a relaxed smile. “Just a small cargo transport team, nothing dangerous. We don’t need to worry.”

On the spaceship, when communication was momentarily lost, Li ZouXing actually breathed a sigh of relief.

Xi Nan looked at him skeptically.

“What’s wrong?” Li ZouXing innocently returned his gaze. “Don’t look at me like that, Xing Xing gets shy.”

Xi Nan didn’t see anything amiss and decided to give up. It was just about time for a meal, and he was not shameless enough to plan on joining Li ZouXing for a meal.

After Xi Nan left, Li ZouXing opened the light brain again.

In the same spot where Xi Nan’s screen had been, he looked worried.

“What should I do?” He lowered his head and glanced at himself. “Xing Xing isn’t pure anymore.”

Little Xing Xing’s spirit is high-spirited, truly worthy of its grand name.

When Gu WenCheng bent over, his waist curved, and from the collar, he could see all the way to the waist and abdomen. Li ZouXing had sharp eyes; he could even discern the raised colors and the tiny particles on them, the faint upright caused by the wind and the friction of clothing.

Every time he spoke, his chest would move slightly, and that thing would tremble.

Li ZouXing looked at the little Xing Xing and felt that it was truly unruly. He sighed deeply once again.

After he left Li ZouXing, Xi Nan had already shamelessly picked up the meal with thick-faced skin. Although the facilities on the spacecraft were quite outdated, the food surprisingly wasn’t nutrient fluid but a proper meal. It had both meat and vegetables. While the taste, aroma, and appearance couldn’t match those made by Gu WenCheng, they were already quite content.

Based on the meal alone, Xi Nan concluded that this captain must be a good person.

The two of them shamelessly enjoyed their meal in the restaurant. People passing by would always glance at them. Xi Nan and Li ZouXing greeted them with smiles, each smile brighter than the other. Those who received their smiles couldn’t help but return them. When Jin Di came over, he saw this harmonious and friendly scene.

He laughed and walked over to sit beside them, asking, “How do you feel?”

“Very good,” Xi Nan replied, “The food is delicious too. Captain, you’re truly a kind person. Not only did you save Ji Yu, but you also took us in.”

Jin Di’s mouth twitched slightly, jokingly saying, “If I had known you two could eat so much, I really shouldn’t have let you come on board freely.”

“Xing Xing needs to grow tall,” Li ZouXing’s attitude was even more straightforward than Xi Nan’s, “They must eat more.”

Truly likable, looking at the two of them makes people want to smile.

Jin Di laughed heartily, “Just keep eating. The food on our spacecraft is still sufficient.”

After finishing their meal, Jin Di led them to an empty room and comforted them, “Although you want to stay with your friend all the time, 24 hours is not a short time. If you’re worried, you can go to the rescue pod room at any time. For now, you should rest.”

Li ZouXing and Xi Nan accepted the captain’s kindness. As soon as they closed the door, Li ZouXing rushed into the bathroom.

While taking a shower, Gu WenCheng sent a holographic communication request.

Li ZouXing accepted, and the next second, Gu WenCheng saw him standing under warm water without wearing anything.

Gu WenCheng asked, “Are you taking a shower?”

Li ZouXing’s expression was innocent and naive, “The little Xing Xing is clean and adorable.”

Finally looking at him properly, Gu WenCheng felt a bit more at ease. “Ling Nian has checked the route of Tiran. We’ll be stopping at Ma Wei Star tomorrow afternoon at 3 o’clock. We’re already on the ship heading there. The three of you should wait for us at Ma Wei Star.”

Li ZouXing said okay, then suddenly frowned, looking uncomfortable.

Gu WenCheng hurriedly asked, “What’s wrong?”

“Uncomfortable…” Li ZouXing’s expression twisted, “Little Xing Xing feels really uncomfortable.”

This expression didn’t look like that of a nine-year-old. Gu WenCheng suspected that Li ZouXing had falsely reported his age as nine and might actually have the intelligence of a five-year-old.

Gu WenCheng asked, “Where does it feel uncomfortable?”

Gu WenCheng enlarged the holographic projection of Li ZouXing to human size, carefully examining the image, afraid that he might miss some important details.

Li ZouXing aimed the holographic device in his hand downwards, and the massive projection turned, focusing directly on Gu WenCheng.

He playfully shook it a bit, almost poking through the screen.

Gu WenCheng was left dumbfounded.

“It hurts here.”

His voice sounded innocent yet uncomfortable, “It’s so swollen from the pain. Little Xing Xing feels really uncomfortable. Is the little Xing Xing sick?”

“…,” Gu WenCheng shut down the projection in embarrassment, “Shut up!”

There was no sound from the other side. Gu WenCheng became worried, “Li ZouXing?”

Apart from the sound of water, it was silent.

Gu WenCheng’s heart skipped a beat, and he opened the projection once again.

The 1.9-meter-tall young man leaned against the wall, curious and eager to explore the changing part amidst the mist, itching to reach out and grab it.

As soon as he opened it, he was greeted by such a stimulating scene. Gu WenCheng’s expression changed from one emotion to another as he watched the low-intelligence fool on the other side fumbling around without getting the hang of it. This made him increasingly uncomfortable, and his expression grew more and more pained.

He took a deep breath and tried to remain calm, “Release your hand.”

Li ZouXing obediently let go, and the area had turned red.

Gu WenCheng furrowed his brows, “Use less force, otherwise it will be even more uncomfortable.”

After seeing Li ZouXing nod, Gu WenCheng maintained a calm and composed expression, “Now, use less force, move from the front to the back… with a gentle motion, use the first two fingers, and then touch… that area.”

Under the friendly and harmonious one-on-one guidance, Li ZouXing couldn’t grasp the technique. He was on the verge of tears, looking at Gu WenCheng in the hologram with teary eyes, “Little Xing Xing feels even more uncomfortable now.”

Whether it was mist or sweat, mischievously slid down his face.

Gu WenCheng sat uncomfortably, got up to pour a glass of water, feeling an odd warmth, and cursed, “You’re so clumsy.”

Li ZouXing lowered his head sadly, “It’s okay, little Xing Xing will endure.”

He looked so pitiful, his black hair on top of his head exuding a sense of frustration.

Gu WenCheng helplessly said, “Let me think of a solution.”

Li ZouXing looked at him expectantly, making it impossible for anyone to refuse.

Gu WenCheng felt even more pressure, along with a sense of guilt like corrupting a child… and an exciting sensation.

He turned around and entered the bathroom, licking his dry lips, “I’ll demonstrate it to you only once.”

Through the screen, the young man inside blushed, his gaze dazed.

“Did you see it clearly?”

His voice also carried a sexy hoarseness.

Gu WenCheng washed his hands lazily, with languid movements.

He must smell so good right now.

Li ZouXing sniffed but could only detect a faint scent of moisture.

He became unhappy, “Xing Xing doesn’t know how.”

Gu WenCheng’s movements froze, feeling a headache coming on: “…”

He couldn’t even find the words to say. He glanced at the holographic projection, and Li ZouXing’s appearance startled him.

How could… it be like this…?

The difference between being asleep and being awake was stark.

A subtle trace of jealousy arose within the man.

It’s so big, but not very useful, is it?

He was definitely not as experienced as him for such a long time. Gu WenCheng’s competitive spirit was ignited.

He insisted on making Li ZouXing feel good and then comparing who could last longer!

Gu WenCheng: Damn competitive spirit.
