FS Chapter 32

The delicate self-esteem and competitive desire suppressed the rationality of Gu WenCheng.

On the other side of the screen, Li ZouXing, with his black hair flowing like water, possessed a tall and sturdy body. Although he was engrossed in the most ignorant actions, his expression remained innocent and naive.

This situation made Gu WenCheng feel like he was teaching a child to do something naughty.

He even forgot to consider what to do once Li ZouXing recovered; the excitement of this situation made him wish to witness the dazed expression on Li ZouXing’s face right now.

But as a straight male, Gu WenCheng could only send him pictures of beautiful women.

And all these images were hastily gathered from the StarNet, which was utterly weak.

Li ZouXing felt as if he was about to wilt; he turned away from the light screen, refusing to look at those pictures.

Gu WenCheng was puzzled, “Still not good?”

“I don’t like them,” came the subdued response.

So particular? Gu WenCheng furrowed his brow, took a look at the pictures himself, and indeed… he felt nothing.

He sighed, his peripheral vision stealing a glance at the light screen. Li ZouXing had turned away, looking so uncomfortable that he seemed to want to crouch down.

Gu WenCheng blurted out, “Wait.”

Li ZouXing raised his eyes to look at him, but remained silent.

With a helpless expression, as if he were being bullied, just like a child.

“Close your eyes…” Shameful, Gu WenCheng had never imagined that one day he would do something like this. “Imagine a girl you’re interested in being beside you.”

Li ZouXing obediently closed his eyes. “Xing Xing doesn’t have any girls he’s interested in.”

“Then just imagine any person,” Gu WenCheng cleared his throat a few times, and had the light screen alter his voice to that of a woman’s, “You—”

“I don’t like this voice,” Li ZouXing interrupted. “Xing Xing is scared. Xing Xing wants your original voice.”

Gu WenCheng: “…”

He had originally intended to use a female voice to help him, but now a huge sense of awkwardness overwhelmed him. Instead of making a flirtatious remark, he found himself unable to say a word.

A fleeting smile flashed across Li ZouXing’s lips, and he pouted. “Cheng Cheng?”

Being addressed like that stunned Gu WenCheng for a moment. As a grown man, not being able to carry out a promise was truly not his style. He gritted his teeth and continued.

“This person is by your side. They place their hand on you, starting from your chest, moving down…”

“Cheng Cheng,” Li ZouXing cut him off with a dry tone, going straight to the point. “Can Xing Xing kiss your mouth?”

Gu WenCheng’s breath hitched.

Li ZouXing chuckled softly, his voice reaching beyond the light screen as he continued to tease, “After the last kiss, it was so delicious. Your lips are sweet and tasty. Xing Xing wants more.”

Gu WenCheng turned his head, his face turning red, embarrassment and shame filling his eyes.

“Cheng Cheng, stick out your tongue,” that slightly foolish young man truly had a unique talent in this aspect. He acted coquettishly, “Can you stick out your tongue, please?”

Gu WenCheng couldn’t resist his pleading, his heart trembling as he extended the tip of his tongue from between his lips.

The bright red tongue, filled with unease in the air, seemed to want to retract but was captured by the other party.

“Suck your tongue,” Li ZouXing giggled, “Wow, our little tongues are entwined together.”

His complexion grew hotter and hotter, and Gu WenCheng attributed it to the steamy bathroom.

With half of his tongue out, he swallowed nervously, feeling as if his whole head wasn’t quite clear.

Because he actually asked, “How did they get entwined?”

Dammit!

Where was his rationality?

“You’re entangled with Xing Xing, and Xing Xing is entangled with you,” Li ZouXing said, “Wow! Cheng Cheng is so greedy, he even stole Xing Xing’s saliva.”

Damn it!

His mouth was salivating, as if he were really drinking his own saliva.

Gu WenCheng abruptly turned on the hot water, and the rushing water instantly engulfed him.

His clothes clung to his body, and he turned his back to the light screen, too embarrassed to face Li ZouXing.

But Li ZouXing didn’t let him off, asking in confusion, “Is Cheng Cheng shy?”

Gu WenCheng’s voice was hoarse, “…no.”

“Then why did you stick your tongue out of Xing Xing’s mouth?” Li ZouXing snorted, “The little tongue ran away, and Xing Xing is unhappy.”

How… how could he be so skilled at this at the age of five…

Wait, he said he’s nine years old…

Stop thinking…

Gu WenCheng’s mind was in turmoil!

He now desperately wanted to escape from this bathroom, to turn off the light screen, but his hand was on the device, unable to disconnect the communication.

“Xing Xing is also very shy.”

The young man on the other side said so.

Gu WenCheng couldn’t resist and turned his head to look at Li ZouXing’s expression.

Li ZouXing’s eyes were bright, filled with laughter and excitement. He looked at Gu WenCheng with eager anticipation, yet it seemed like he was genuinely hiding the shyness he mentioned.

But his body’s condition was completely different from the innocence on his face.

Gu WenCheng’s Adam’s apple rolled unconsciously, and he felt a dry, heated sensation, a thirst.

“In fact, Xing Xing only has one request to be fulfilled,” Li ZouXing said.

Confusion filled Gu WenCheng’s eyes.

“Cheng Cheng is so cute,” Li ZouXing pointed at him, “What’s that, and why does it look as cute as Cheng Cheng’s mouth?”

Gu WenCheng’s body stiffened, and a burning sensation swept through his chest.

“Xing Xing wants to taste it, okay?” Li ZouXing blinked, “Really, Xing Xing doesn’t understand anything now, but it’s cute, like a pomegranate seed?”

When Li ZouXing emerged from the bathroom, he had a satisfied expression on his face. He happily pounced onto the bed where Xi Nan was playing a simple game on the light screen. Xi Nan glanced at him curiously, “Taking a bath feels this good?”

“Very comfortable,” Li ZouXing nodded, “But there’s not much hot water left. If you want to take a bath, you can go in later.”

Xi Nan pulled his feet back from where he had just placed them on the ground. “Okay.”

He then remembered his mental power, leaning closer to Li ZouXing and asking, “ZouXing, I tried to materialize my mental power just now, but it failed. Now I can’t seem to bring it out again.”

Li ZouXing furrowed his brow, sat up, and took on a serious expression. “Let me see.”

Xi Nan obediently complied, but there was no sign of his mental power.

“Imagine that you or we are in a crisis,” Li ZouXing’s voice lowered, “Ji Yu is severely injured, I am captured by the enemy, Xi Nan, now only you can save us.”

Xi Nan’s fist instantly clenched tighter, and veins bulged on the back of his hand.

His feeble mental power wrapped around his fist, from a strand to two, condensing into the thickness of a finger, tightly surrounding its owner’s hand like a layer of boxing gloves.

What was somewhat surprising was that Xi Nan’s mental power manifested in a fiery color, like the bright orange-red flames at the top of a fire.

It looked as if it were blazing, radiating an imposing aura.

Xi Nan opened his eyes, looking at the mental power on his hand with a mix of joy and astonishment.

Li ZouXing smiled, “Well done, Xi Nan!”

This kind of mental power that appeared to protect his teammates was heartwarming and admirable the moment it surfaced.

Xi Nan grinned widely and scratched his head, “Hehehe.”

Leaving Xi Nan to explore his mental power, Li ZouXing lay down on the bed and set an alarm for an hour of sleep.

An hour later, he and the energized Xi Nan walked to Ji Yu’s rescue pod.

Ji Yu’s condition looked much improved from the outside, but the repair fluid inside the pod would keep him asleep.

They waited here patiently for their teammate to wake up.

Now it was sleep time, and aside from the night-shift staff, everyone else had entered their rooms to rest. When someone passed by and saw them sitting quietly, waiting for their friend to wake up, they considerately didn’t disturb them.

Xi Nan watched a movie on the light screen, while Li ZouXing wandered around aimlessly.

The more he looked, the more he agreed with Xi Nan. This spaceship was really worn and dilapidated on the inside. Corners rarely seen were covered in dust, and a footprint could be left with a single step.

Li ZouXing casually glanced around and suddenly froze.

There was a dried bloodstain.

Judging from the color, it was fresh, dried blood.

Li ZouXing quickly walked to Xi Nan’s side and looked at the control panel of the rescue pod. Before he could do anything, another voice came from outside.

Jin Di stood at the door, half of his body hidden in the dim light. He smiled and asked, “What are you doing?”

His smile was still kind and friendly, but the lighting cast a slightly ominous shadow.

“Xing Xing is studying the rescue pod,” Li ZouXing looked up at him, full of frustration. “Xing Xing can’t understand anything.”

Xi Nan burst into laughter, “Xing Xing, you’re only nine years old now, of course, you can’t understand! Hahaha, I have to remember this and tell Ling Nian and the others later!”

Li ZouXing pouted, “Silly Xi Nan, Xing Xing doesn’t want to talk to you anymore.”

The two of them bantered and laughed like this. Jin Di shook his head with a smile, entered the room, turned on the bright lights, and walked to the side of the rescue pod, jokingly saying, “Need Uncle Jin Di to teach you?”

“Sure,” Li ZouXing nodded repeatedly, “Xing Xing is very smart. Xing Xing will learn quickly.”

His arm tensed as he held back his mental power.

Jin Di explained a few things, using professional terms that left the two teenagers utterly confused. Jin Di couldn’t help but laugh, and he stopped teasing them. “Alright, kids, I’m going back to my room to rest. The rescue pod will automatically open when it’s time. You don’t need to worry about your friend getting stuck.”

Xi Nan patted his head and smiled, “Captain, you should go to sleep. It’s late now.”

Jin Di bid them farewell with a smile, then closed the door to the room.

As soon as he confirmed that Jin Di had left, Li ZouXing’s mental power enveloped the entire room.

The mental power brushed through every corner, exploring gaps and crevices, and discovered blood hidden beneath the dust.

In damp, dark corners, there was still fresh blood or dust in motion.

Beneath the ship’s smooth and worn surface, it was completely soaked in a bloody red.

Li ZouXing opened his eyes, his gaze deep and intense.

Xi Nan sensed something was off and looked puzzled, “What’s wrong, ZouXing?”

“Nothing,” Li ZouXing rubbed his stomach and blinked at him, “Xing Xing is hungry.”

“Come to think of it, I’m a bit hungry too,” Xi Nan sighed, “But at this time, I don’t even know where to get nutrient fluid.”

Li ZouXing replied, “Then let’s wait until tomorrow morning.”

One night passed.

When Ji Yu woke up, he blinked in confusion.

Thick, viscous fluid warmly enveloped his body, and the previously injured areas had already been repaired.

The transparent door of the rescue pod allowed him to see the unfamiliar ceiling above.

Where was this?

The rescue pod sensed his awakening and automatically raised the door. Li ZouXing’s face appeared in Ji Yu’s eyes the next moment.

“Woke up ahead of schedule,” Li ZouXing grinned, “That’s great.”

Xi Nan rubbed his eyes, happily hopped over, excited, and choked up, “Ji Yu!”

His voice was loud, full of vitality.

Ji Yu couldn’t help but smile. He got up from the rescue pod and gave his two teammates a hug, saying, “You guys are worried about me.”

Li ZouXing patted his back soothingly.

Xi Nan chuckled, “Dream Team Subunit, assemble!”

Ji Yu was amused by him, “Sure, assemble.”

“Well, since you both said that, it wouldn’t be right if Xing Xing didn’t cooperate a bit,” Li ZouXing tightened the cuff on his wrist, beaming, “Let’s get ready for the escape plan.”

Xi Nan and Ji Yu: ???

Author’s note:

Xi Nan: Confused.

Ji Yu: I didn’t expect to wake up to this situation. It’s too much for me.

Gu WenCheng on another spaceship: “…”

What are you going to do after recovering, oh dear Big D*ck Cheng? I wonder how you’ll handle this situation when you’re “straightforward.”
