Heewoon’s voice trailed off as he looked down, and his nose turned slightly red. Kangwoo’s gaze lingered on that spot. Following the cues of the silent Kangwoo, Heewoon pulled the blanket over himself, covering his body.
“Why are you covering yourself?”
Kangwoo tilted his head slightly and asked.
“It might hurt less when you hit me.”
“……”
Kangwoo, who was staring intently at Heewoon, gestured with his hand. Heewoon clenched his teeth and moved a little closer to Kangwoo, who was sitting in the middle of the bed. He kept the blanket pulled tight around himself.
“Closer.”
His knees touched Kangwoo’s thighs. Where would he get hit? Heewoon could only stare at Kangwoo’s hand. But the place where he felt the pain was completely different.
“Ouch.”
Kangwoo bit down on his nose. Heewoon reflexively leaned back, but Kangwoo’s arms encircled him. Kangwoo’s lips kissed his reddened nose. A soft, light sound could be heard.
“See? It’s true that you’re going to cry because I squeezed you painfully.”
There was a hint of laughter in his low voice. Heewoon blankly gazed at Kangwoo. The eyes that met him were full of tenderness.
“I promised to be a little easy on you and adore you.”
“Yeah.”
Heewoon answered nonchalantly, and Kangwoo burst into laughter. The hand that wasn’t wrapped around his shoulder was busy moving. Pinching his cheeks, patting his head, ruffling his hair.
Your nose is all red, Sunbae. It’s like you’ve been drinking.
Kangwoo whispered as he touched Heewoon. Heewoon, who had been tense, finally relaxed and leaned into Kangwoo’s embrace. Being this close, he thought Kangwoo probably wouldn’t hit him now.
Kangwoo’s hand stopped patting his cheeks. Kangwoo’s eyes shifted to the pale cheeks, crushed against his chest, and to the fair hands clutching his clothes across his waist.
With Kangwoo leaning against the head of the bed and Heewoon hugging him tightly, the two of them looked like lovers enjoying a weekend night.
After a while, Kangwoo asked quietly, “Aren’t you hungry?”
Heewoon had come to Kangwoo’s place after finishing his tutoring job on Saturday evening. As soon as he arrived, they had sex, took a shower, and now he was in the midst of Seo Kangwoo’s teasing.
Heewoon shook his head.
His hair, brushed against Kangwoo’s chest, got tangled. Kangwoo gently untangled it with his fingers.
“Let’s go to sleep.”
Heewoon didn’t want to. However, he responded with a quiet ‘Yes.’ He knew that if he said he didn’t want to, Kangwoo’s soft and languid voice would quickly turn cold.
“Sleep, then have breakfast. Have lunch too before you go back. You only eat ramyeon when you’re at home.”
“Yeah.”
“Your answer is short.”
Kangwoo said bluntly, tugging on Heewoon’s hair in a way that didn’t hurt, but Hee-woon still let out an ouch.
“What a crybaby.”
Kangwoo clicked his tongue, yet he stroked his hair. Surprisingly, his whine seemed to work.
“Starting next week, we’ll be able to eat out a bit further.”
“Why?”
Heewoon lifted his head slightly to look at Kangwoo. When his eyes met Kangwoo’s light-colored pupils, Kangwoo’s lips kissed the top of his eyelids.
“Because Sunbae doesn’t have work anymore.”
“Ah, right.”
Heewoon blinked a few times, pretending to be uncomfortable with the lips pressing on his eyes.
“But isn’t it time to start quitting one of your jobs?”
“Because I suddenly wanted to quit and my students asked for make-up lessons…”
Heewoon mumbled, hiding his face in Kangwoo’s chest.
“Why did you agree to that?”
Fortunately, Seo Kangwoo seemed to believe him. Why was he being like this? Heewoon bit his lips. His heart was racing fiercely.
