Heewoon opened his eyes. His head was aching to the point of splitting. Lying on the bed, he couldn’t move a finger at all. He couldn’t even remember how he got into this shower robe he was wearing. Kangwoo and him must have been fucking until he nearly passed out at the end.
Heewoon could only turn his eyes and look at the clock. Five o’clock… It must be 5 in the morning. He’d told his mother that he was going to the end-of-term gathering, but she would have thought it would have ended at 2 or 3 am at the latest.
Heewoon fumbled for his mobile phone, but Kangwoo must have felt his movement. He then turned over.
“…What are you doing?”
The low, muffled voice made Heewoon turn his head.
“I’m looking for my phone….”
The languid eyes held his gaze, and Heewoon added that he hadn’t contacted his mother. Kangwoo nodded roughly and tugged on Heewoon’s arm.
“I sent her a message, saying you’re drunk and sleeping over at my place.”
“Ah… Okay.”
Slipping his arm around Heewoon’s waist, Kangwoo’s eyes closed again. Heewoon followed suit and closed his eyes again. The body against his cheek felt warm.
Heewoon quickly drifted back to sleep, but his head ached and he grunted from time to time. Whenever he did so, he felt a gentle hand on his forehead.
He had only woken up when the light was bright. His head was still a little dizzy, but he felt fine, and he could move his body now. Next to him, there wasn’t Seo Kangwoo.
Heewoon put his feet under the bed and sat up in a daze.
He remembered being drunk yesterday all too well. He couldn’t quite remember what he’d said, but everything else was vivid. In other words, he’d shown his drunk antics towards Seo Kangwoo.
“Have you woken up?”
Kangwoo asked softly as he walked into the bedroom, wearing a different suit from yesterday.
“I didn’t find anything good for a hangover, so I just ordered porridge.”
“Y-yeah.”
Heewoon nodded. But Kangwoo was still standing there, staring at Heewoon’s face.
“…Why?”
At Heewoon’s cautious question, Kangwoo smirked and shook his head.
“Wash up and come out.”
As he left, Heewoon let out a sigh. Kangwoo had said before that he wouldn’t let Heewoon get away with showing drunk antics, but yesterday Kangwoo had really cut him a lot of slack. He must have been annoyed, but he didn’t blame Heewoon for being drunk.
Heewoon pushed his heavy body up and went to the bathroom. As he washed his hands, he noticed a bruise on his wrist. A chill ran down his spine as he remembered what Seo Kangwoo had said yesterday. Heewoon took water in both hands and splashed it on his face several times.
The back of his neck and shoulders were a mess as he washed them thoroughly. Thank goodness it was currently winter.
He dried himself off roughly and went to the living room. On the table, there was not only porridge, but also coffee, sandwiches, and omelettes. There was so much food for breakfast.
“Don’t just look at them, come and sit down.”
