SDVPP Chapter 24

Disinfection

Rong Xu’s reading speed is very fast; he basically skims through many things, and even Chi Han doesn’t know if he actually remembers them or is just looking to pass the time.

When the classmates in the class saw Rong Xu studying, they subconsciously wanted to say that he was showing off, but when they thought about Chi Han’s grades, they all shut their mouths one after another.

After all, their faces are still burning hot from before.

The weather gradually became hot, and the air conditioning in the classroom brought waves of coolness. The afternoon sun shone through the windows, and the temperature on the people was just right.

Chi Han put the book on his head and slept soundly on the desk.

When Fang Jingluo came in, he saw this scene:

A slender figure of a young man lying on the desk, the edge of the book supporting a small tuft of black soft hair, looking a bit playful and cute, the exposed thin lips shaped beautifully, with a faint delicate pink.

A small piece of snow-white neck stretched out from the collar of the black-and-white school uniform, with a fragile and tempting curve.

For some reason, Fang Jingluo’s throat rolled unconsciously, and a hot feeling surged in the bottom of his eyes.

So beautiful.

I really want to hold this curve in my arms.

He thought about it, and he did it.

In his eyes, what he wants must be obtained.

Fang Jingluo walked over in a few steps, reached out and touched Chi Han’s slender neck, and rubbed his thumb back and forth on the small mole behind his ear.

His tongue tip pressed against the corner of his lips, slightly squinting his eyes, and his movements became more wanton.

Why didn’t he feel that Chi Han was so attractive before?

He attributed all of this to the resemblance between Chi Han and Xu Ting, with desire rolling in his eyes.

The moment Chi Han’s neck was touched, he woke up from his dream. He grabbed the man’s arm, raising his head warily.

With a glance, Fang Jingluo’s face, which looked like it owed a beating, appeared in front of him.

Chi Han, with annoyance after waking up and the disgust of being touched like a dog, kicked him out with one foot.

Directly hitting the other’s knee.

Fang Jingluo’s face twisted for a moment, almost falling to the ground.

He clenched his fists as if he wanted to retaliate, but in the end, he withdrew his hand, grinned insolently, and said, “Haven’t seen you for a few days, and you’re still as wild as before. Okay, I’ll see how long your little claws can scratch me.”

Chi Han: “…”

Nauseating!

Little claws?

Chi Han expressionlessly raised his palm.

If I strike you with this palm, you might die.

Fang Jingluo patted the dust off his knee, crossed his arms, and said condescendingly, “You’ve got the books. Are you waiting for me to invite you to Class 1? But…”

As he spoke, his tone suddenly became ambiguous and sticky. He leaned towards Chi Han, emitting a muffled laugh from his chest. “Two weeks from the bottom to the tenth place, are you so desperate to see me?”

Chi Han: “???”

He felt that if he continued to listen, he might go deaf. So he took a deep breath, and with the last bit of reason, he reluctantly said, “Either let’s have a fight, or you roll now.”

Fang Jingluo’s eyes darkened, and his expression turned cold. “Do you think…”

As he spoke, a jade pendant fell from his pocket. Luckily, it was tied with a red string; otherwise, it would have shattered.

Chi Han’s gaze paused on the jade pendant for a few seconds. He furrowed his brow slowly, hesitating.

This jade pendant… wasn’t it customized by a guest a few days ago?

How did it end up with Fang Jingluo?

Fang Jingluo followed Chi Han’s gaze, realizing he seemed to like the jade pendant. So, he generously handed it over, “Like this? It’s a gift for you.”

Chi Han didn’t reach for it. He calmly asked, “Who gave you this jade pendant?”

Fang Jingluo knew that the Chi family had no business related to jade, so he casually said, “The designer I recently hired gave it to me. If you like it, I’ll have him make a few more to give to you.”

After a few days of investigation, Fang Jingluo finally confirmed the designer his second uncle wanted to find. It was the owner of the recently popular store on the Fei Yuan app—Han.

This “Han” person was extremely low-key. Apart from showcasing finished products, he had almost no contact with the outside world.

Fang Jingluo’s second uncle had failed several times to find the right person until a few days ago when, by chance, he successfully met “Han” in person.

Although Han looked ordinary and his temperament seemed inconsistent with someone who could produce such exquisite and elegant craftsmanship, appearances could be deceiving. Moreover, the complete set of jade teapots in his possession couldn’t be fake.

All of these indeed came from the hands of “Han.”

So, Fang Jingluo took the opportunity to sign the person, waiting for the agreed-upon day to bring him in front of Grandpa Fang. This way, everyone could see who was truly capable of inheriting the Fang family!

Chi Han raised an eyebrow in secret.

This jade pendant was part of the custom order he had made. There was only one like it in the whole world, and it seemed someone was impersonating him.

This person looked quite audacious, thinking they could hide away without being noticed and daring to act on greed.

Although this person seemed quite foolish, it happened to align with Chi Han’s intentions perfectly.

He had no interest in meddling with the Fang family’s affairs, and now there was someone willingly jumping into the pit for him. It was simply perfect!

Chi Han silently thanked this person in his mind, deciding that if this person ended up with a broken leg and begging on the streets in the future, he would make sure to toss a coin their way.

“This jade pendant is nice, suits you,” Chi Han said, one hand resting on the chair, with a smile that seemed neither friendly nor unfriendly.

Fang Jingluo didn’t understand why Chi Han suddenly became more pleasant. Just as he was about to say something, his peripheral vision caught someone at the door.

Rong Xu.

“Forget it. I have something to do today. I’ll come find you next time.” Fang Jingluo shrugged, took back the jade pendant, and glanced at Chi Han’s eyes, lingering on the area behind his ear.

“See you next time.”

Fang Jingluo smiled and walked past Rong Xu, even reaching out to pat his shoulder when passing by. He slightly bent down, looking straight ahead, completely ignoring Rong Xu.

“I know you like him, but do you deserve him?” Fang Jingluo’s voice, low and slightly venomous, reached Rong Xu.

Rong Xu slowly raised his eyes, a sinister gleam lingering in his gaze.

He looked at Fang Jingluo’s retreating figure from the side, lips curling slightly, and his low voice, like a venomous whisper, spelled out Fang Jingluo’s name: “Fang. Jing. Luo.”

Chi Han didn’t witness the confrontation between the two. Disgusted, he rubbed his neck and got out of the classroom after a few seconds.

Twenty minutes later, Chi Han entered the classroom with wet hair, glistening water droplets sliding down his hair and forming faint water stains on his collar.

Rong Xu’s dark eyes never left Chi Han. He swept his gaze over the long neck, his tone barely audible:

“Why did you wash your hair.”

Chi Han combed the wet strands back, revealing a clean and full forehead. He took a tissue to wipe away the water droplets on the back of his neck, expressing his displeasure, “For disinfection! Disgusting!”

Rong Xu’s dark eyes paused for a moment. He reached out to the small mole behind Chi Han’s ear, using his fingertip to press and roll until the surrounding skin shivered with a quivering pink.

“You… What are you doing!”

Chi Han instinctively tightened his neck, inadvertently trapping the other person’s hand.

His mole was particularly sensitive, even a light touch would make it unbearably itchy.

Rong Xu’s face was as cold as ice and snow. He pressed down a bit harder, his voice carrying an indelible gloominess:

“Disinfecting.”

So, Chi Han, who usually kicked others in front of everyone, spent the entire afternoon being pressed by Rong Xu, who was unable to stand due to his slender body.
