Lin Qihan’s fondness for Yu Yang was very obvious. She kept saying how good Yu Yang’s lemon soda pheromones smelled, expressing surprise that Yu Yang was actually a year younger than her. She even regretted why she didn’t join the financial channel back then, saying she might have been able to interview Yu Yang.

After washing his face, Yu Yang leaned against the sink. He took out a cigarette box and bit a cigarette in his mouth.
Just as he was about to light it, a pair of slender legs appeared in his line of sight. Yu Yang raised his head and looked at Jin Wuqi calmly.
His face was still wet with water droplets. His features were immersed in darkness as if painted. His bangs combed back, revealing a smooth forehead. He bit an unlit cigarette, looking somewhat listless, with a cold and indifferent expression. He was lazy to make any facial expressions.
Jin Wuqi took the lighter from Yu Yang’s hand and twirled it between his fingers. He then frowned with concern and asked, “Mr. Yu, is there something bothering you? Your addiction to cigarettes is so strong that you can’t even hold out through one dinner.”
Yu Yang didn’t reply. He extended his hand to Jin Wuqi, indicating that he wanted the lighter back.
However, Jin Wuqi held his hand. He took a step forward, leaned in, and took the unlit cigarette from Yu Yang’s mouth. With a touch of his tongue, the cigarette fell from his lips to the ground.
He held onto Yu Yang’s waist. Their bodies pressed together. Jin Wuqi smiled and asked, “Feeling jealous?”
“No,” Yu Yang said. “Let go. I’m going back to eat.”
“You’re not jealous. But I am,” Jin Wuqi said, leaning against Yu Yang’s shoulder. His lips almost touched his neck. “Lately, there have been a lot of omegas around you. Last time, I saw one kiss you. And today, I saw one having a meal with you.”
Yu Yang was about to speak. But Jin Wuqi deliberately sniffed and said, “The pheromones of this omega today seem to be the same as the omega in heat pheromones I smelled in your office last time.”
Surrounded by the scent of roses, Yu Yang leaned back on the sink with his hands, not returning Jin Wuqi’s embrace. “So what?” he asked.
“Well, since other omegas can have dinner with you, is it too much to ask for a kiss from you?” Jin Wuqi said, tilting his head to kiss Yu Yang’s jawline, gradually moving up to his chin. The cold dampness of an alpha’s face was on his lips. As he was about to continue upwards, Yu Yang grabbed his neck.
“If I give you a kiss, what will you give me?” Yu Yang asked calmly.
Jin Wuqi replied, “I’ll give you everything.”
Except love, Yu Yang thought.
He leaned down and kissed Jin Wuqi. His palm slowly moved to the omega’s nape, pressing against the gland that was covered in scars. With emotion, he bit Jin Wuqi’s lips. The pheromones on his body became increasingly aggressive, almost devouring the omega in a wild manner.
In Jin Wuqi’s mouth, he tasted the flavour of raspberry dessert, blending with the scent of roses. They’re fresh and sweet, tempting the alpha to conquer and dominate. Yu Yang kept his eyes open, looking at the omega’s long eyelashes, high nose bridge, and translucent skin. He was so close to him.
There were only the sounds of ambiguous water stains, the faint sound of breathing, and the soft body in his arms.
Yu Yang slowly raised his eyes and stared at Song Zhimu, who had entered the restroom and stood two metres away from him.
He remained focused on kissing Jin Wuqi. But his deep, dark eyes pierced through Jin Wuqi’s shoulder, directly locking onto Song Zhimu, like a fearless beast warning the intruder who dared to approach its territory.
Song Zhimu stood quietly for a few seconds before inserted his hands into his pockets, nodded at Yu Yang, and turned to leave.

Yu Yang returned to the table. Lin Qihan had almost finished eating. She asked him, somewhat regretfully, “Why were you gone for so long?”
“Sorry, I smoked a cigarette,” Yu Yang said.
Lin Qihan noticed that Yu Yang’s lips seemed redder than before. And his expression had lost its indifference. It now showed a hint of brightness. Under the restaurant’s lights, he looked dazzling. He exuded a radiant youthfulness and striking handsomeness.
Could smoking a cigarette really make someone look so radiant? Lin Qihan had never realised this before.
