He even joined a guild. But isn’t Poseidon not accepting guild member applications now…? I heard they closed applications a while ago?? Anyway, I was surprised to see a guild mark above his head todayㅇㅇ And it was Poseidon, so I was doubly surprised… And seeing him with that Berserker named Meowie or something was a triple surprised LOL.
Actually, I wrote this post to ask out of curiosity. Does anyone know what’s going on between ThousandSunsets and Meowie? Did the Berserker hit his head? Welcoming ThousandSunsets himself~^^

As a celebration of the job advancement, Kyungsoo challenged Cheon Noeul to a PVP match. He hoped that now Cheon Noeul would be able to deal some damage. As usual, Cheon Noeul accepted the PVP challenge right away.

Cheon Noeul spun his dual swords. Kyungsoo waited for Cheon Noeul to make the first move. Since they didn’t have voice chat connected today, he couldn’t even tell him which skills to use.
Now that Cheon Noeul had a defense rating on par with the average player, Kyungsoo planned to train him just enough so he wouldn’t be a hindrance in PVP. However, instead of attacking, Cheon Noeul ran to the edge of the map and sat down. After a minute, Kyungsoo realized something was off as he chased after him, waiting to be hit.

Kyungsoo’s expression hardened with each passing moment. Eventually, when ‘WIN!’ appeared in the center of the screen, Kyungsoo couldn’t contain his frustration and issued another challenge.

Only three days left. The thought made him feel like he could go and shake Cheon Noeul by the collar right now. Not that Cheon Noeul would suddenly gain any skills from it.

Kyungsoo’s studio was quite far from the school. It was eight stops away by bus, but sometimes it was nice to walk, especially when he was troubled or when the weather was good. Missing the bus right in front of him, Kyungsoo started walking home since the weather was nice and the sky was clear.

It was Cheon Noeul’s voice, which he had heard all weekend.
“Where are you going?”
Kyungsoo stiffly turned around. Cheon Noeul, now close behind, smiled brightly. His friend was quickly catching up.
“I knew you’d come.”
“…….”
How did you know? I didn’t even know….
“You came to see me, right?”
No, I came for tteokbokki… In the short time he had, Kyungsoo wracked his brain and spoke.
“…Who are you?”
Lowering his voice to sound as unfamiliar as possible, Kyungsoo pretended not to know him. He had only seen his face briefly once. He thought if he feigned ignorance, it would pass unnoticed.
“Hyung…?”
“Sorry! This guy… Hey, are you crazy?”
His friend, who finally caught up, grabbed Cheon Noeul’s shoulder and apologized with an embarrassed expression. At least his friend seemed normal.

“Have I grown a lot?”
Noeul, as if he had never been upset, smiled shyly at Kyungsoo.
“Nope? Not at all.”
Feeling defeated, Kyungsoo blurted out.
“Why are you being so formal again? It feels distant and I don’t like it… Please speak casually, hyung.”

“Meowie….”
Kyungsoo squeezed his eyes shut. Noeul was about to say that dreadful name again. Ah… really! With no other choice, Kyungsoo opened his mouth.
“…Alright! I’ll speak casually. But in return—”
“Can I just call you by your name instead? Kyungsoo hyung?”
“How do you know my name…?”
“Name tag.”
He pointed to the blue name tag pinned to Kyungsoo’s left chest. Kyungsoo subtly lowered his gaze, hiding the name tag with his school cardigan.
