MMH Chapter 32

Uncle Wen(9)

The man’s eyes were deep and mysterious as if a thread was pulling him. Wen Yan couldn’t help but walk over.

When he was two steps away from the man, the man’s fingers touched his arm.

He hesitated for a moment, subconsciously quickened his pace, and stood in front of the man.

The man held his wrist and looked up at him.

Now, the two faced each other, with Wen Yan standing and the man sitting.

Their gazes entwined in the air, and after a moment, the man spoke gently, “Sit beside me.”

The tension in Wen Yan’s heart seemed to be controlled by the man; whenever the man made a move, he responded accordingly.

He obediently sat down next to the man.

The man switched to holding his hand, looking him up and down, “Are you okay?”

Feeling the warmth in the man’s palm, Wen Yan suddenly felt a sense of calmness. He nodded gently.

On the other side, He Jing was whispering something to Ye Ting, also paying attention to the situation between Wen Xueli and Wen Yan. Seeing the pink bubbles floating between them, he understood the situation well and said, “Mr. Wen, the kitchen will send food over soon. I’ll go to the next room to eat with Xiao Ting. You two can enjoy yourselves.”

Wen Xueli smiled and nodded, “Thank you.”

Wen Yan always felt that He Jing was deliberately creating an opportunity for him and the man. His face turned a bit red.

Meanwhile, Ye Ting was making faces at him and gesturing with his mouth, “Fetch!”

Wen Yan: “…”

He’s not a little puppy; what does “fetch” even mean?

The exchanged glances between the two young men were noticed by their respective partners. The two men glanced at each other, understanding each other without words.

He Jing helplessly tapped his own person’s forehead, “I haven’t had dinner yet. Will you accompany me for a meal?”

Ye Ting immediately grabbed his hand, saying with concern, “Let’s go, I’ll feed you.”

He Jing smiled and led his little one out.

After the door closed, only Wen Xueli and Wen Yan remained in the private room.

The two sat close, their knees almost touching.

The room was filled with the pleasant scent of burning sandalwood, similar to the fragrance emanating from the man.

Somehow, Wen Yan suddenly felt a bit awkward.

These days, he had been talking to the man on the phone every day, still missing him intensely. Now that they were face to face, he had many things he wanted to say but didn’t know where to start.

The man sat beside him, holding his hand, and though Wen Yan didn’t look at the man, he knew the man was watching him.

However, the man showed no intention of speaking.

Was he angry?

Angry that he recklessly came here to catch someone?

Just like the person from Ye Ting’s family who got angry because of Ye Ting’s lack of trust…

Thinking of this, he immediately explained in a low voice, “It’s not like I don’t trust you… It was Ye Ting who dragged me here…”

Ye Ting would have to take the blame for this. Although he was curious why the man came to Taosha, he followed Ye Ting here more out of curiosity than distrust.

Wen Xueli looked deeply at him for a moment, then casually said, “Well, I believe that you trust me.”

Wen Yan: “…”

The man’s tone sounded strangely playful. He had a certain intuition, like a small animal sensing danger. Lowering his head, he said very consciously, “Then… punish me…?”

Since Ye Ting’s husband had punished Ye Ting, it seemed acceptable for him to be punished by the man.

Because he lowered his head, he didn’t see the man’s gaze becoming even deeper after hearing his words.

Wen Xueli stared at him.

The little one in front of him sat up straight, like a student who made a mistake, waiting for the teacher’s discipline, very obedient.

He suddenly smiled, “Sure.”

Wen Yan grabbed the hem of his clothes with his fingers, preparing for the punishment.

He remembered that He Jing used a kiss to punish Ye Ting… Would the man use the same move?

His heart was pounding, and he was so nervous that he almost twisted his fingers and the hem of his clothes together.

After about five or maybe six seconds, the man finally moved. He gently lifted Wen Yan’s chin and said, “Start by giving me a kiss.”

Wen Yan was slightly stunned.

This seemed a bit different from the usual routine…

But he missed the man deeply, and considering their current relationship, he endured the embarrassment and leaned in, kissing the man’s cheek.

However, the man didn’t react, calmly saying, “That doesn’t count.”

Wen Yan was once again caught off guard.

The man didn’t explain why it didn’t count but stared at his lips with those deep, dark eyes.

Wen Yan: “…”

He wasn’t completely clueless and immediately grasped the situation.

But… they hadn’t truly kissed before…

The man looked at him with interest, patiently waiting for his response.

Torn between emotions, he finally mustered the courage and kissed the man, his face turning red.

The man exuded a pleasant sandalwood scent, his breath warm and dry against Wen Yan’s face.

Trembling, he prepared for a fleeting touch.

Unexpectedly, the man suddenly reached out, holding the back of his head, and his tongue thrust into his mouth, biting down on him.

This was his first real kiss, and the man’s aura enveloped him. He stiffened, instinctively closing his eyes.

It was an intense kiss, tongues entwined, and the man’s actions were fierce and direct, almost devouring him.

Wen Yan felt it difficult to even breathe, and his brain started to lack oxygen.

Fortunately, considering it was his first kiss, Wen Xueli quickly released him.

He slumped into the man’s embrace, feeling utterly powerless.

The man pecked at the corner of his lips and softly said, “Yanyan, breath.”

Wen Yan then came back to his senses, inhaling deeply.

The man gently stroked his hair, long fingers threading through his thick, black locks, soothing him.

The young man’s body had already become soft, obediently nestled in the man’s embrace.

However, with the return of awareness came a strong sense of awkwardness.

Experiencing such a passionate kiss for the first time, Wen Yan, originally sensitive, now felt the discomfort beneath him.

Wen Xueli naturally sensed the change in the young man. He, too, was not without impulse. However, fearing to startle him, he had to proceed gradually.

He pinched the young man’s tender face, saying, “I haven’t eaten yet. Let’s have something delivered, and you can keep me company. How about that?”

Thinking about how he rushed to discuss business right after getting off the plane, Wen Yan immediately felt sorry for him and nodded, “Sure.”

Coincidentally, there was a knock at the door, and a waiter brought several local dishes.

Wen Xueli was indeed hungry, but he didn’t rush. He ate slowly, exuding the demeanor of a young master.

Wen Yan, who said he would accompany him, didn’t eat much. He kept picking up food for the man, occasionally glancing at him as if asking whether the food was good.

His gaze resembled that of a pet dog at home—wet and adorable, enticing.

Wen Xueli concealed the emotions surging in his eyes, gently stroking Wen Yan’s face, “Don’t just feed me. If you’re not hungry, just drink some soup.”

Wen Yan agreed, but he continued to feed him dishes persistently.

The man smiled, his eyes becoming even gentler.

Upon careful reflection, he had received such care when he was a child. His grandfather accompanied him, and his parents hadn’t divorced at that time, all doting on him.

Wen Xueli’s eyes darkened slightly, and he suddenly set down his chopsticks.

Wen Yan was puzzled, looking at him with confusion.

Wen Xueli remained silent, calmly taking out a napkin and wiping his hands with unhurried movements.

Wen Yan was quite surprised; he knew the man’s appetite and estimated that he had only eaten about half full. Why did he suddenly stop?

At this moment, the two sat side by side on the sofa, legs touching.

The man tossed the napkin into the trash bin, then suddenly grabbed his wrist and pulled him onto his lap.

Wen Yan was startled, not understanding why the man suddenly made such a move.

He looked up to the man, wanting to ask what was going on, only to meet the man’s profound and intense gaze.

Inside, there seemed to be myriad emotions, myriad affections.

He was captivated.

Wen Xueli’s slender fingertips touched his face, gently caressing his tender lips, “Yanyan, have you thought it through?”
