The two sat on opposite sides of the dining table, silently eating.

When Gu Jingchen left Haicheng, he was full of enthusiasm, but here, he waited nervously for an afternoon. Finally, Zhou Zhou returned, but his attitude was very cold and distant. Gu Jingchen suddenly didn’t know what to say.

With that, he stood up and walked out of the dining room.

After observing Gu Jingchen for a few seconds, he suddenly turned and spoke to his classmates in English, asking them to wait and having the servant bring coffee and pastries for them. Then, his gaze fell on Gu Jingchen, saying, “Come with me.”

He headed upstairs.

Gu Jingchen, puzzled, usually followed Xu Zhou, so he quickly caught up.

Xu Zhou opened his bedroom door, gesturing with his chin, “Go in.”

Gu Jingchen cautiously observed his expression, then carefully entered the room.

Xu Zhou followed him into the room, closed the door, and stared at him, saying, “Take off your pants.”
