MLGHSP Chapter 97

“Sure, sure, everything’s good.”

The surprise caught Lu Bohuan completely off guard. He looked down at the ring in his hand, a scent of flowers wafting by. At that moment, it felt too good to be true.

“Where else are we going?”

Guided by Qin Yuanxi, Lu Bohuan, unfamiliar with the palace’s layout, felt like they were twisting and turning until suddenly, it was like a hidden paradise.

“How’s this? Not bad, right?” Qin Yuanxi beamed with pride. “I scouted various places in the palace, and this spot seemed perfect for a date. Come, please take a seat.”

The palace had numerous picturesque scenes. The place Qin Yuanxi found was particularly unique—a flower sea with a pavilion by the water. One could gaze up at the moon or lower their eyes to see its reflection—a charming setting indeed.

Qin Yuanxi even brought a specially crafted candelabrum from the palace, featuring elegant candle holders with beautiful candles, casting a romantic and atmospheric glow.

He pulled a chair out for Lu Bohuan and then moved to sit opposite him.

The dining table was arranged in a western style, with a long table for two, adorned with various decorations and fresh flowers, awaiting conversation over the meal.

“Let’s raise a toast.”

“Why are you sitting so far away?”

Before lifting the glass, Lu Bohuan seemed displeased. Before Qin Yuanxi could react, Lu Bohuan took his glass and hurried to Qin Yuanxi’s side. “I want to sit here; it’s too far, I can’t see you.”

For some reason, his tone sounded a bit pitiful and aggrieved.

“Never mind, never mind, it’s the same wherever you sit.”

Being closer made him happy too.

The candlelight dinner was as enjoyable as expected. Qin Yuanxi drank a few more glasses of wine and was feeling a bit woozy, leaning on Lu Bohuan for support, staggering along.

Despite not walking properly, he intentionally leaned towards Lu Bohuan, swaying and stumbling like a drunken snake.

Leaning on Lu Bohuan’s shoulder, Qin Yuanxi whispered softly, “I’ve booked a room; let’s celebrate.”

Though unsure about the significance of booking a room or its connection to celebrating, Lu Bohuan quickly understood Qin Yuanxi’s intent, observing his restless hands.

Feeling cheerful and having had a fair share of drinks, though not drunk, Lu Bohuan’s mouth went dry when Qin Yuanxi’s hand reached his chest.

“Be good, don’t move around. Let me take you back to rest.”

“I’m not going back!” Qin Yuanxi mumbled, tugging Lu Bohuan’s collar, leaning down to bite lightly, pressing against Lu Bohuan’s lips and caressing them gently, eyes filled with longing.

“Not going back, book a room. It’s exciting.”

Then, pulling Lu Bohuan, they slipped into the adjacent side hall.

The palace never lacked rooms, especially with no outsiders inside. With numerous rooms available, they could sleep wherever they pleased!

Pushed inside, Lu Bohuan noticed the place was already arranged. Before he could examine further, the person in his arms pressed in urgently, biting Lu Bohuan’s lips with some urgency and lack of order.

There was no order, just instinct, following the primal impulses. Qin Yuanxi clung to Lu Bohuan’s shoulders, almost merging into his body.

Still, it wasn’t enough.

Not enough, not enough, wanting more.

His big, watery eyes looked helplessly at Lu Bohuan, pulling his hand downwards. His voice became softer and softer, sounding pitiful, “Ah Tuo, Ah Tuo, I’m uncomfortable. Help me, touch me, I want you to touch me.”

Lu Bohuan didn’t say a word, holding the person tighter, glancing at the bed and directly carrying Qin Yuanxi over.

The bed was brand new, even with a faint incense scent. The soft bedding could easily sink people into it. Lu Bohuan had just lain there, yet the person in his arms struggled to climb on top. Lu Bohuan protected him, fearing he might fall accidentally.

Qin Yuanxi, wobbling, managed to climb on top, pinning Lu Bohuan below. Holding Lu Bohuan’s collar with one hand and caressing his cheek with the other, he grinned like a tyrant.

“Guess why I gave you clothes?”

Lu Bohuan’s Adam’s apple bobbed as he averted his gaze, afraid to stare at the person above.

The intoxicated person was oblivious to how alluring he looked at that moment. Lu Bohuan feared losing control with another glance.

“Don’t know.” Lu Bohuan followed his cue. “Why did you give me clothes?”

“Because,” Qin Yuanxi intentionally paused. “Because where we’re from, giving your lover clothes means you want to help them take it off yourself.”

“I gave you clothes, of course, to undress you myself!”

The tipsy fellow seemed to have discovered something extraordinary, gleefully pulling at Lu Bohuan’s clothes.

“Do you want to undress?”

“Yes!” Qin Yuanxi began trying to peel off Lu Bohuan’s clothes. Unfortunately, the outfit was intricate, and he wasn’t adept at dealing with such elaborate layers. Despite fumbling for a while, he only chaotically tugged at Lu Bohuan’s collar, revealing a large expanse of tantalizing skin.

Desire.

He was yearning eagerly, feeling even more aggrieved.

“Shall I help?” Lu Bohuan’s voice was hoarse, tinged with suppressed emotions upon listening carefully.

“Yes.”

Qin Yuanxi obediently accepted whatever was said. When Lu Bohuan offered to help, Qin Yuanxi sat on Lu Bohuan and watched as Lu Bohuan voluntarily started to undress himself. Halfway through, Qin Yuanxi’s eyes grew reddened.

“You’re bullying me.”

Feeling sad, pitiful.

“How am I bullying you?” Lu Bohuan seemed innocent. “I haven’t done anything.”

“Stop bullying me!” Accusing once again, Qin Yuanxi squirmed on top of Lu Bohuan, seemingly losing control. He eventually collapsed onto Lu Bohuan, softly pleading, “Ah Tuo, Ah Tuo, it’s uncomfortable.”

“Come on, do it yourself, alright?” Lu Bohuan casually undressed Qin Yuanxi, kissing his lips and pulling him closer, “I know Ah Xi wants to be on top. Do it yourself, okay?”

Qin Yuanxi’s eyes sparkled, holding onto Lu Bohuan’s shoulders as Lu Bohuan toyed around. Once there was a sense of feeling, Qin Yuanxi’s body gained awareness, following instincts, rising and falling repeatedly, eventually exhausted. He looked to Lu Bohuan, silently seeking help.

Without a word, Lu Bohuan took charge and began to act vigorously.

In an unfamiliar chamber, the sensation was unique. The two indulged until late into the night, inevitably missing the morning court session the next day.

Qin Yuanxi was dead asleep, refusing to get up. He wriggled to find warmth, almost shoving Lu Bohuan off the bed, still unsatisfied.

“So tired, my back hurts.” Without opening his eyes, Qin Yuanxi began shifting blame, “You’re awful, really, it’s so late, and we missed the morning court.”

Implied: ‘I, the king, didn’t attend the morning court, and it’s all because of you!’

Lu Bohuan hugged him, massaging his waist, “Is it here?”

“Yeah, a bit lower. That’s it, apply more pressure,” Qin Yuanxi hummed, “Feels good.”

“Don’t make noise.” Lu Bohuan withdrew his hand, allowing Qin Yuanxi to lay down.

The pressure on his waist was comfortable, dispelling the remnants of morning grumpiness. Qin Yuanxi exuded a lazy yet contented aura.

“Why, afraid I’ll make you excited?” He tried to touch Lu Bohuan, who dodged his hand, avoiding his touch.

“Do I sound nice when I make noise?”

Nothing could be more pleasant than two people snuggled in bed early in the morning, sharing intimate banter. It felt like an ideal life.

“Sounds good,” Lu Bohuan’s ears reddened. He almost let go of Qin Yuanxi’s hand, which was about to wander elsewhere. Fortunately, he managed to control himself, averting a potential mishap.

“Do you like it?” Qin Yuanxi turned around playfully, preventing Lu Bohuan from pressing his waist further. “Come on, do you like it or not?”

With a slightly constricted throat and a hint of seriousness in his gaze, Lu Bohuan seemed to think of something. After a brief silence, he replied, “I like it.”

“Then I’ll let you hear it.” With a mischievous smile in his eyes, Qin Yuanxi leaned close to Lu Bohuan’s ear, lowered his voice, and made a few random loud noises before Lu Bohuan’s hand reached out. Then, he quickly darted away.

Lu Bohuan only caught a piece of his clothing, as Qin Yuanxi had already leaped off the bed, laughing heartily.

“Put on your shoes.”

Slightly infuriated from the early morning teasing, Lu Bohuan adjusted the clothes on himself and reminded Qin Yuanxi, “It’s time for Xiao Bao to have breakfast. Normally, we’re with him, and if he doesn’t see anyone today, he might get upset. Why don’t you go check on him?”

“If I go see Xiao Bao, what will you do?” Qin Yuanxi teased, then approached, slipping his hand under the covers, “Shoo me away? Planning to do something mischievous alone? Hm?”

Lu Bohuan’s face showed slight discomfort, his voice tenser, “Stop messing around.”

“Not teasing, I’m here to help.”

True to his words, Qin Yuanxi did help, but this assistance took longer than expected. By the time he finished, his wrist was sore, making it quite a laborious task.
