Extra 5: From Now On

Ye You held his two-month-old son in his arms, patted him to sleep gently, kissed his tender little face, and then put him into the crib and let him sleep on his own.
Ye You looked at his son’s sleeping face and smiled lovingly and happily. This was his and Du Yao’s third child. More than a thousand years had passed since their first child was born. He succeeded the throne as Emperor more than two hundred years ago. Although he was the Emperor, but it was Du Yao does all the things for him that a qualified Emperor should do, because he really doesn’t like to do management things. After the officials left, Ye You immediately stood up, walked to the sofa next to him, and lay half-lying in a completely lack of good image to read his research materials. His relaxed and lazy look was completely different from the Emperor’s posture just now.

During these thousand years, Ye You used the information given by Du Yao to start studying the time shuttle again. These data were left by Du Yao’s father and dad. Now that Ye You has restarted his research, he still cannot create a stable and powerful time shuttle in a short period of time, but as long as he was alive, he will not give up. He believed that one day, he would succeed, and then he would really be able to be with Du Yao forever.
Du Yao also entered the secret room, hugged Ye You from behind and said, “The time shuttle is originally something that defies the heavens. “I’m not in a hurry.” Ye You smiled and said, “I come to take a look every day because I want to look forward to the further future. I believe that I will be able to complete the construction of a portable time shuttle.”
Although more than a thousand years have passed, Ye You was still grateful to his parents who raised him and hopes to repay them. When he completes the creation of the time travel, he may be able to return to the previous time and space, and once again meet his parents.
After turning off the instrument, Du Yao hugged Ye You and walked out of the secret room. After the two lay down on the bed, Ye You lay in Du Yao’s arms as usual, and the two cuddled tightly together.
Ye You sometimes thought about it and felt that his current life was really as beautiful as a dream. Although he has experienced a lot, he was very satisfied with the current results and will work harder to create better life in the future.
