“Little Yu’er.” The old man smiled heartily at him and called out.
Jiang Yu stood up in surprise and asked the nanny to go in to make tea, then joyfully said, “Grandpa Patriarch.”
The Patriarch walked over and hugged Naonao from his arms, looked at him up and down, and said, “He’s well-raised, look at this white and plump flesh. I haven’t seen him in so long, let grandpa kiss him.”
Jiang Naonao giggled as the Patriarch’s beard tickled him, he then reached out his hand to tug on it.
The Patriarch is extremely fond of his beard. When he was in the sea before, it was the two little boys, Jiang Naonao and An An, who would abruptly tug at his beard. He’d be upset for several days if they were able to rip one off. He quickly grabbed Jiang Naonao’s hand and said, “Oh, you naughty boy, quickly let go.”
Jiang Yu invited him in and sat down. After the nanny served the tea and was sent out to buy groceries, Jiang Yu happily asked, “Grandpa Patriarch, why are you here?”
“I came to see you, Cheng Cheng, and Ah Qing. There’s one more thing, but let’s not rush to talk about it.” The Patriarch turned his head to look around the house and asked, “Are you and Naonao the only ones living here? Where is his father?”
“He lives here too, just that…” Jiang Yu hesitated for a moment before telling him how Qin Shen’s grandfather found out about the little cub.
The Patriarch frowned when he heard this, “What does that old man mean? He woke up after taking the medicine you brought out of the sea and dared to despise you and Naonao? And that Qin Shen, what’s the matter with him? He listens to his grandfather and wants to abandon you and Naonao?”
Jiang Yu hurriedly explained on Qin Shen’s behalf, “No, he won’t.”
“What he won’t, look at how he hasn’t returned these past few days.” The Patriarch hated the iron for not becoming steel and poked Jiang Yu’s head. “I told you at first that the people on the shore were untrustworthy. They wouldn’t let you and Cheng Cheng come back, but you have to come back.”
Jiang Yu held his head, not daring to say anything.
“You and Naonao, come back to the sea with me now.” The Patriarch waved his hand, stood up, and prepared to leave with Jiang Yu and Jiang Naonao.
Jiang Yu grabbed him quickly and said, “Grandpa Patriarch, you just came, rest for a while before leaving.”
“What rest? Rest for a while so that you and Naonao can be taken away again like Ah Qing?” said the Patriarch, picking up the little cub and insisting on leaving.
“There’s also Cheng Cheng and Brother Qing, don’t you care about them? If you want to leave, everyone should go together,” Jiang Yu responded.
“You sit here for a while, I’ll give them a call,” Jiang Yu stated before leaving the Patriarch downstairs and immediately running upstairs.
In the Qin family’s old mansion, Qin Yunshan was practicing calligraphy in the study when Xiang Bo rushed in and exclaimed, “Old master, the young master is leaving.”
The brush in Qin Yunshan’s hand came to a halt.
“The young master said that Mr. Xiao Jiang’s family is here and wants to take Mr. Xiao Jiang and the little young master away.” Xiangbo said, anxious and bewildered, “The little young master is the flesh and blood of our Qin family, why would Mr. Xiao Jiang’s family want to take him away?”
People from the sea want to take away his good little great-grandson. Qin Yunshan threw away his brush and walked to the window, where he saw that Qin Shen’s car had already driven out of the gate.
“Quick, prepare the car.” Qin Yunshan bellowed out, directing his people to prepare the car. If his little darling great-grandson goes back to the sea, he might never see him again.
While Jiang Yu was showing the Patriarch the TV, Qin Shen dashed back to the villa. The Patriarch was delighted in watching and momentarily forgot to take Jiang Yu and Naonao back to the sea.
Hearing the sound of someone entering the door, the Patriarch said, “Have Cheng Cheng and Ah Qing arrived?”
He turned his head to look, but what caught his eye was a strange, tall man.
Jiang Yu walked to Qin Shen’s side with the little cub in his arms and introduced him cautiously, “Grandpa Patriarch, this is Qin Shen.”
Qin Shen took the little cub from his arms, then glanced at the old man in front of him, and called out politely, “Grandpa Patriarch.”
The Patriarch glared at Jiang Yu angrily, saying, “You didn’t call Cheng Cheng and Ah Qing, but you called him instead?”
Jiang Yu pursed his lips and bowed his head, feeling guilty.
“Come on, come back to the sea with me now.” The Patriarch got up and was about to pull Jiang Yu, but Qin Shen stood in front of him, and before he could speak, Qin Yunshan’s voice came from outside, “Wait, wait.”
Qin Yunshan entered and saw an elderly man about his age in the living room. Looking at Jiang Yu kindly, he inquired, “Xiao Yu, is this your grandfather?”
Jiang Yu poked his head out from behind Qin Shen, and said, “It’s the Patriarch Grandpa.”
Once he heard that he was only the Patriarch and not Jiang Yu’s own grandfather, Qin Yunshan puffed out his chest and said nonchalantly to the Patriarch, “You outsider, who are you to take away Naonao and Xiao Yu? Go away, you are not welcome here.”
The Patriarch looked at Qin Yunshan up and down and sneered, “I watched Xiao Yu’er grow up, I am no different from his own grandfather. Don’t you despise Xiao Yu’er and Naonao for not being human? I’ll take them away so it won’t prevent you from having your grandson marry a human daughter-in-law.”
“When did I dislike them?” Qin Yunshan got angry, he just didn’t recover for a while. This is not a typical situation. At such an advanced age, he suddenly learns that his grandson-in-law is a merman, a man who can even give birth. It’s a good thing he didn’t pass out from all the stimulus. Even though it had only been two days, someone had come to their home to rob them of their people.
“I won’t hold it against you for leaving my little Yu’er and Naonao here alone,” the Patriarch replied. “Look at my family’s Naonao, he has lost weight after being ashore for so long, so I told him that he is not suitable for life on the shore and should return to the sea.”
Jiang Yu: … Grandpa Patriarch, you just said the little cub is white and plump.
“Nonsense,” said Qin Yunshan, “my Ah Shen and Xiao Yu have already obtained their certificates, and Naonao has already been entered into my Qin family’s genealogy. They are all members of my Qin family, so you can’t take them away.”
Qin Shen: … How come I didn’t know when I received the certificate?
“Don’t lie. You think I’m old and don’t know that two men can’t get a certificate?” sneered the Patriarch.
“It’s not okay here, but it’s allowed abroad. You bumpkin, you’ve never been abroad, right?” scoffed Qin Yunshan.
The more the two quarreled, the more intense they became. Jiang Yu and Qin Shen stood next to each other without a chance to interrupt. Listening to the two grandfathers’ nonsense, Qin Shen rubbed the little one’s head in his arms, stretched out his hand to clasp Jiang Yu, and silently walked upstairs, leaving the two of them in the living room.
When the two of them returned to their senses after their argument, they discovered that Jiang Yu, Qin Shen, and the little boy had disappeared. “Ah Shen, Xiao Yuer?” exclaimed the two uneasily.
Jiang Yu and Qin Shen cleaned up the room upstairs for Grandpa Patriarch to stay in. Qin Yunshan learned about this and clamored to stay as well. The reason was that he was worried that the wicked old man would quietly take Jiang Yu and the little boy away and that Qin Shen wouldn’t be able to stop him alone.
Although Qin Shen wasn’t worried about this issue, he really couldn’t drive them away, so he could only prepare and clean another room.
After lunch, the two were still arguing endlessly, drawing Jiang Yu to sit on the sofa and asking him if he wanted to stay ashore with the little boy or go back to the sea. Qin Shen was left sitting in the corner of the sofa, holding the little cub. He tried to intervene several times to save Jiang Yu but was glared at by the two grandfathers, so he could only retreat to the corner of the sofa with the little cub in his arms.
Qin Shen looked distressed as Jiang Naonao leaned in his arms and gnawed on his fingers, saliva dripping from his hands. Naonao suddenly stretched out his hand to hold his father’s handsome face and sympathetically kissed him several times, covering his father’s face with saliva.
Qin Shen’s face was full of saliva, watching the silly little boy made him feel even worse. The silly little boy babbled and smiled at him when a sudden idea crossed his mind. He coughed lightly and said, “I…”
Qin Yunshan and the Patriarch both turned their heads at the same time and stared at him, this time he didn’t hesitate and continued firmly, “… I have an idea, don’t make things difficult for Jiang Yu, why don’t you ask Naonao which he likes more between the two of you? Whether it’s going to be on shore or going back to the sea, listen to the opinion of the person he prefers.”
Qin Yunshan and the Patriarch both opened their mouths at the same time, and before they could object, Qin Shen swiftly remarked, “You are not afraid of losing to each other, are you?”
The goading method really worked. Two grandfathers exchanged sparking glances and snorted at the same time. “How is that possible?”
Qin Shen smirked as he picked the little boy and placed him between the two of them, then joyfully dragged Jiang Yu upstairs.
Downstairs soon resounded with the voices of the two grandfathers coaxing the little cub, asking him who he liked better. They both eventually calmed down. Qin Shen took Jiang Yu to lie on the bed and heaved a sigh of relief.
“Why did your family head suddenly come?” Qin Shen asked as he rolled over and wrapped his arms around Jiang Yu, rubbing his chin on the top of his head.
As soon as he heard that the Patriarch was coming to take Jiang Yu and the little cub away, he rushed back and didn’t have time to ask.
Jiang Yu relaxed and leaned in his arms, with his cheeks against his chest, and said, “It seems that something is wrong, but Grandpa Patriarch hasn’t said anything yet.”
Qin Shen didn’t care, his fingers kneading slowly on Jiang Yu’s earlobes.
“They quarrel so fiercely, what should we do?” Yu sighed as he heard a faint murmur coming from downstairs.
“Let them bicker it out.” Qin Shen said, not caring but nevertheless making a slight calculation in his heart.
Jiang Naonao seemed to regress as he grew older. He’s clinging to Jiang Yu like glue. Whenever Jiang Yu comes back, he will not leave his side, not even for a second. It rendered him unable to do anything with Jiang Yu during the day, while at night, the little cub would also sleep on the same bed as them. Because the little one moves a lot while sleeping, they can only sleep apart while keeping the little one from tumbling out of bed. There is no enjoyment at all. Since there are two grandpas around right now who could keep an eye on the little cub, then during the day…
His heart pounded. Isn’t this the perfect moment? The two grandpas and the little one are downstairs, and no one can bother them.
After thinking about it, his caresses became mischievous. His palms ran along the hem of Jiang Yu’s garments and he massaged the silky flesh on his waist and belly, then he bent his head and nibbled Jiang Yu’s earlobe.
Wet and hot pecking kisses rain from his earlobe to his lips and down to his chin and neck. Jiang Yu lay on his back on the bed, his fingers tightly clutching the sheet, his face was flushed, his eyes were watery, remembering that there are still two old people downstairs, he reached out and pushed the head buried in the chest, he whispered as he pants softly, “The two grandpas are still downstairs…. “
“They won’t have time to talk to us,” Qin Shen said vaguely. His hot palms lifted Jiang Yu’s waist and was about to take off the last piece of fabric on him when the door of the room was knocked on. “Ah Shen, Xiao Yu, come out quickly, Qin Yunshan said in an exasperated voice from outside the door. “That old fish is unreasonable!” Qin Shen choked. He was about to ignore it when the Patriarch also came and slammed the door outside, saying, “Xiao Yu’er, come out and judge. It is obviously this old man who is shameless!”
“Did you lock the door? Get up quickly.” Worried that two grandfathers would barge in, Jiang Yu quickly pushed him on the shoulder and even gave him a kick with his bare feet. Qin Shen wiped his face and flopped over onto the bed, frustrated. Jiang Yu stood up and got dressed. Seeing Qin Shen slumped on the bed with his clothes open, he couldn’t bear to look directly at him, so he reached out and pulled the quilt to cover him, then opened the door and went out to deal with the two grandpas first.
It’s all right, there’s still a chance at night. Qin Shen clenched his teeth. While lying on the bed, he pondered his ideas in his heart while waiting for the desire below to calm down.
Jiang Yu and Jiang Naonao took a shower together after dinner. Qin Shen told two grandpas that if anyone could coax the little boy to sleep together willingly, it would determine who the little boy liked better.
When Jiang Yu came out after bathing the little cub, the two grandfathers really scrambled to coax the little boy to sleep with them. When the little cub fell asleep in Jiang Yu’s arms, the two grandpas insisted on snatching the little boy to their own bed.
Qin Shen decisively came up with a bold scheme and asked the two grandfathers to sleep with the little boy. In any case, the bed in the room is very large, not to mention two adults and a little boy, even three or four adults can sleep there.
Qin Shen returned to their room after skillfully sending the little cub away. He picked up Jiang Yu and threw him on the bed before Jiang Yu could even put on his pajamas. The two kissed passionately, their bare skin touching one another, and as their desire grew stronger, their door was knocked on again.
“Naonao’s little feet were stretched out to my side, obviously he likes me more.”
“Naonao’s little head was tilted to my side, obviously he likes me more.”
Outside, the two grandpas were bickering again, asking for their opinions. After a while, Jiang Naonao also woke up crying and was looking for Jiang Yu. When the house eventually quieted down, Qin Shen gazed at the little cub who was sleeping soundly like a piglet in the middle of the bed, and reached out his hands to cover his face.
