At seven o’clock in the morning, I woke up to the light coming through the gap in the curtains.
Yesterday was supposed to be a picnic, but it ended up being an unexpected monster subjugation.
I’m sure you’re tired.
His Highness Gresis had his face turned towards me, and seemed to be sleeping soundly, showing no signs of waking up.
I stare at his sleeping face.
His well-groomed face is beautiful even when sleeping. His mouth isn’t half open, nor is he drooling.
When I gently brush his shiny black hair with my hand, a smooth feeling is transmitted to my fingers.
With my heart pounding, I approached his chest and tried to stick my cheeks to him.
I can hear the beat of his heart.
It was warm and comfortable, so I involuntarily rubbed my face against his chest and asked him how he was.
He still doesn’t wake up.
I thought it was about time to get out of bed, and when I started to move around, an arm was wrapped around my waist.
The bodies were perfectly attached to each other.
“. . . !”
I barely held my voice down. But this really happened.
When I turn my gaze upward, I can hear the sound of sleep.
I think he’s still fast asleep.
Since the strength of the arm has loosened a little, I slowly go up and look at the face again.
“Are you actually awake?”
There was no response when I called out.
I can only hear his breathing. He’s really sleeping.
How lovely.
I slowly approached his face and kissed him on the forehead just a little bit, just like the one Prince Gresis had once given me.
To do something like this to a sleeping person. . .
I did it myself and was quickly covered with guilt and embarrassment.
What if he woke up.
I check it with a glance.
Sleeping.
Relieved, I approached him little by little and buried my face in His Highness Gresis’s chest.
I decided to wait for him to wake up.
However, perhaps because His Highness Gresis’s body temperature was comfortable, I fell asleep again before I knew it.
“Ugh. . . What, are you doing something cute?”
I had no way of knowing that His Highness Gresis had been awake from the beginning.
Another short one as the second chapter of the day. I may need to start posting more often if the chapters continue to be this short.
