TTCOTE Chapter 6

Bring me the belt!

“Thud”

Standing still, Jingheng Bo looked around. In front of him was a ferry crossing, with drooping willows and pale green branches sweeping over the black awning of the boat.

She felt a joy in her heart. “Hey! Boatman!” She waved to the helmsman sleeping on the boat.

“Take me to the other side!”

“No problem!” Jingheng Bo patted the emerald green jade at her waist, exuding an air of wealth.

Emeralds were priceless, and a single piece could easily be worth a top-tier mansion in a first-tier city. She, however, carried seven or eight mansions on her travels around the world!

Stepping onto the plank, she looked back. The path behind her seemed endless and empty with no signs of anyone around.

“Stupid fool, can’t catch up now, huh?” Jingheng Bo laughed heartily, preparing to enter the cabin.

The boatman, draped in a straw raincoat, sat at the bow with his back to her, gazing into the distance at the opposite shore.

Jingheng Bo lowered her head to enter the cabin when suddenly, a thought struck her. She felt that something was amiss, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t recall what it was. She turned around, looking at the boatman. The boatman kept his head down, rowing with concentration, appearing to be completely normal.

Jingheng Bo had always been a lazy person. If she couldn’t figure something out, she would never rack her brains for it. She would simply shrug and give up. However, at this moment, as her mind slightly settled, she suddenly felt that her face was too dirty to tolerate. Disregarding any concerns about etiquette, she hurriedly moved to the edge of the boat to scoop water and wash her face.

The river water was clear and bright, reflecting her face, the lustrous and pure white skin like magnolia petals, the pointed chin, exceptionally vibrant red lips, and those eyes that sparkled like precious gems. Her eyes were not particularly large, yet they possessed an incredibly smooth curvature. The double eyelids extended gracefully at the corners, resembling the wings of a fluttering butterfly, carrying the vibrant hues of spring.

Her lips were naturally slightly upturned, giving an overall cheerful appearance. On closer inspection, however, they seemed to carry a touch of allure. This allure was so bold that it made people itch, fearing they might encounter a thorny rose.

Such a captivating appearance could easily enchant even the most narcissistic individuals. As Jingheng Bo washed her face for the ten thousandth time, she found herself swooning, “My skin is so good… my eyes are so beautiful… truly gorgeous…”

The boat seemed to tremble.

As the river water flowed, her figure swayed in a vibrant red. She was adorned in a stunning red wrap skirt, tight-fitting, hugging her curves, with a low neckline, revealing a captivating view that seemed to plunge into a narrow abyss.

Jingheng Bo’s hand paused.

She finally remembered what was amiss!

Wearing an outfit that stood out among the usual clothing in that area, she couldn’t understand why the boatman didn’t seem surprised.

Her heart raced, the pace quickening until it almost felt like it was in her throat. At that moment, she felt an immediate urge to look at the boatman, to scream, or even to jump into the water in a hurry. But despite these thoughts racing through her mind, she found herself unable to move.

She simply shifted her gaze, looking at the boatman’s reflection in the water.

She saw that the oar in the boatman’s hand wasn’t even touching the water, yet the boat was swiftly moving forward.

She observed the boatman’s back, straight and with a graceful posture.

She saw the boatman’s distinct reflection in the rippling water, his face obscured by the dancing water waves, revealing only his slightly long sideburns cascading down the side of his cheek.

Jingheng Bo took a deep breath and began to slowly move backward, hands clenched tightly.

Her expression looked a bit peculiar as if she were preparing for something, so much so that sweat appeared on the tip of her nose.

Just as her body began to shift, as if the boatman had eyes on the back of his head, he turned around.

Jingheng Bo hadn’t seen his face yet, only catching a glimpse of his long sideburns when, without hesitation, she raised both hands and made a fierce gesture.

“Get down!”

With a sudden splash, the unsuspecting boatman was thrown into the water.

Jingheng Bo stood on the boat, instantly drenched in sweat, her fingers trembling, and her face flushed red.

She could teleport herself and move objects through the air, but in previous experiments, she had only dealt with small items. She had never attempted such a substantial task involving a human body.

Exerting all her strength, she managed to succeed at least once, instantly tossing the person into the water.

With a splash, the large object surfaced from the water, black hair sticking to the face, and the exposed skin shimmering with a glistening light.

Fixing his gaze on Jingheng Bo, his previous irritation faded, replaced by a profound curiosity. He was convinced that the impressive Queen had, without a doubt, not laid a finger on him just now. It seemed implausible.

How did she manage it? Did she utilize an exceptionally advanced and mystical martial arts technique, perhaps employing a transcendent power to manipulate objects from a distance? Yet, upon reflection, it didn’t appear that way at all…

Jingheng Bo’s mouth hung open as she watched the black-robed handsome Royal Master rise gracefully from the water.

Oh my.

This is like something out of a sci-fi movie.

The sky had brightened, sunlight igniting half of the river in gold. The person, unmoving in the water, slowly emerged, water droplets continuously rolling off their clothes. Amidst the faint golden neon glow of the daylight, it created a mesmerizing scene.

This posture, resembling a lotus flower flourishing in the wind, was regretfully black.

Jingheng Bo watched as the person’s skin became nearly transparent in the sunlight, their wet black hair gradually drying, each strand lightly lifting…

Jingheng Bo lunged to the bow of the boat, seized the oar, and swiftly rowed!

Initially, the boat spun in circles on the water. Thankfully, she was naturally intelligent and learned quickly. After a few attempts, the boat began to move backward. However, the speed was too slow, and she anxiously looked back—

On the water behind her, a black shadow, like a ghost in broad daylight, was unexpectedly approaching!

This, this, this… is this martial arts?

Walking on water, floating over the waves like a leaf? Perhaps on an ordinary day, this sight might be intriguing and picturesque. She might even buy some melon seeds, crack them open, and exclaim, “Looks good, well done!” But at this moment, she couldn’t help but curse her parents for not giving her an extra pair of hands.

For the first time in her life, Jingheng Bo disregarded her image. She crawled like a dog, paddling frantically, attempting to speed up the boat.

Suddenly, a light laugh echoed from behind. Jingheng Bo felt her soul leave her body—the voice was right behind her!

“Your Majesty,” the voice carried a hint of lazy nasal tone, still accompanied by a smile, “It’s truly an honor for me that you are graciously rowing the boat for your humble servant.”

There was a sound of water behind her, and he seemed to have fully emerged, about to step onto the boat.

Jingheng Bo, with her back to him, suddenly curled her lips and turned around.

“I paved the way; hand over the belt!”

“Swoosh!”

A black and gold jade-inlaid obsidian belt flew from Yelu Qi’s waist and landed crisply in Jingheng Bo’s hands.

Yelu Qi’s body shook, and he immediately lowered his head.

The belt was gone, and his loose pants slowly began to sag…

He quickly grabbed his pants with both hands…

“Splash.”

The handsome royal master fell into the water again…

Jingheng Bo tilted her head back and burst into hearty laughter. The light golden waves, dyed on her head, swayed in a rhythm reminiscent of a drug-induced haze. With a vigorous stroke, she maneuvered the boat to the shore, leaped ashore in a few strides, and only looked back after running quite a distance.

In the water, someone was hurriedly searching for water plants to secure their pants…

“Hahahahahaha” Jingheng Bo stood on the shore, hands on her hips, watching the person in the distance. She chuckled, hands sliding down, stomach thrusting out, then a lift upward.

A lively and vivid pants-securing motion.

The person remained frozen in the water.

From such a distance, Jingheng Bo couldn’t make out the person’s expression, leaving her somewhat disappointed.

It must be quite a spectacle, she thought, regretting not bringing a camera.

Jingheng Bo raised her hand to her lips, gracefully blew a playful flying kiss, and then playfully mimicked “holding up pants” while swaying her hips. She turned and walked to the side of the road.

On the side of the road, tied to a tree, there was a horse, presumably ridden by the handsome royal master.

Jingheng Bo intended to climb onto the horse, but the horse neighed, showing clear resistance. Jingheng Bo chuckled, her eyes narrowed, and she slowly reached her hand beneath the horse’s belly…

The black horse quickly took a few steps forward, lowering its noble head in front of the Queen.

Jingheng Bo mounted the horse, raised her whip, turned around, and directed a 380-degree all-encompassing, highly radiant flirtatious look at the National Teacher still securing his pants in the water.

“Darling, goodbye!”
