UILS Chapter 68

The sales assistant looked at Cheng Yue’s phone message in a bit of confusion and asked, “Does your girlfriend really need such a tall size?”

Cheng Yue’s face turned red at being referred to as Ji Xu’s girlfriend.

If Ji Xu were his girlfriend…

Cheng Yue, blushing, thought about it for a while and finally nodded seriously.

“I’m sorry, sir, but we don’t actually have any dresses in that size,” the sales assistant said apologetically. She then thought for a moment and added, “However, we do have a dress that might fit your girlfriend, if you’d like to take a look?”

Cheng Yue was about to switch to another store but immediately nodded upon hearing the sales assistant.

Seeing him nod, the sales assistant led him further into the store, and they stopped in front of a display case.

“This is our designer’s latest release, called the Bowknot,” the sales assistant said, pointing to a pure black silk dress on the model. “It symbolizes giving oneself as a gift to the most beloved person.”

Cheng Yue stared at the dress on the model, a bit hesitantly.

Was this a dress?

Moreover, the dress made him even more uncertain about that strange feeling he had when he first entered the store.

“This dress can cater to interests like binding, wrapping, and restraint. Of course, the pure silk material won’t cause any harm to the body,” the sales assistant explained as she demonstrated different ways of tying the dress on the model.

“You can see, it can be worn like this, or like this…”

Cheng Yue’s eyes widened more and more as he listened to the sales assistant.

After hearing this, he finally understood why he felt something was off when he first entered the store. The store’s clothes were indeed very beautiful, and most colors were cooler and looked quite formal. But now that Cheng Yue looked more closely…

All the clothes in this store had one feature… they seemed overly sensual.

Not in a way that they looked inappropriate at first glance, but rather, they had a common point that made one want to tear them off the model.

“Sir? Sir?” The sales assistant called out as Cheng Yue suddenly stared blankly.

Hearing the sales assistant call him, Cheng Yue awkwardly smiled.

“It’s like this, sir. It’s very hard to find a dress in size 188 on the market. This design we have is the only one in this size. If you’re satisfied, you might consider it,” the sales assistant continued with a smile.

Cheng Yue looked at the dress with some difficulty, trying to reassure himself. The current tying method did resemble a dress, and the design was indeed quite attractive.

The sales assistant had casually arranged it into a dress that accentuated the waist.

Cheng Yue looked at the dress’s current style and suddenly imagined Ji Xu in it.

Ji Xu had a particularly nice waist, and if he wore this dress, his abs might show…

Cheng Yue ended up confusedly carrying the shopping bag back home, not even remembering how he finalized the purchase, paid, or took a taxi back.

His mind was consumed with the thought that he had bought Ji Xu a… sensual dress for his birthday?

After hiding the bag in his wardrobe, Cheng Yue found it hard to imagine how Ji Xu would react to this gift.

Would he be happy, or quietly pleased…

By the afternoon, after Ji Xu and Tang Jing finished their work, he was concerned about whether Cheng Yue would get into trouble alone at home. After rushing back home, he saw Cheng Yue sitting on the sofa, eating ice cream spoonful by spoonful, and felt relieved.

Seeing Ji Xu return, Cheng Yue, feeling a bit guilty, kept his eyes glued to the TV. When it was time for dinner, and they were facing each other, Cheng Yue hesitantly glanced at Ji Xu, but then continued to ignore him.

This situation immediately made Ji Xu think that maybe he should take Cheng Yue to Song Yi less often.

The kid has been spoiled…

By the evening, Ji Xu was still feeling down, which led to Cheng Yue waking up the next morning almost thinking he was wrapped in spider webs.

After struggling for a while, he finally managed to get out of Ji Xu’s arms.

Seeing this, Ji Xu was even more unhappy and, after Cheng Yue finished breakfast, pulled him to work on homework.

They worked on it for a whole day.

Cheng Yue: “…”

Around the afternoon, when Tang Jing called, Ji Xu was still helping Cheng Yue with his homework.

After answering the phone, Ji Xu listened to Tang Jing talk for a while before getting to the point.

“My birthday?” Ji Xu was surprised when he realized it was his birthday after Tang Jing mentioned it, but he quickly remembered.

Cheng Yue, sitting beside him, felt nervous when he heard Ji Xu mention the birthday. He planned to give the gift that night, so he was very anxious.

After chatting with Tang Jing, who mentioned a previous call that had been hung up, Ji Xu glanced at Cheng Yue, who was sitting beside him.

“Alright, I’ll come over,” Ji Xu said into the phone and then gave Cheng Yue, who looked visibly nervous, a small tap on the forehead. “Let’s go.”

Ji Xu and Cheng Yue tidied up a bit and headed to the restaurant Tang Jing had mentioned.

At the restaurant, many people had arrived. Cheng Yue scanned the room and noticed that most were familiar, as a large portion of them were from Ji Xu’s office.

Another part of the guests were those he had met at the dinner with Duan Changsheng on the day they first met.

Once Ji Xu and Cheng Yue were seated, the atmosphere became lively.

The meal took quite a while, and when they finally left the restaurant, it was already getting dark.

Tang Jing suggested they move to a bar, and many people agreed. The girls who didn’t drink were handed car keys.

Ji Xu had been quite a bit drunk at the table. Although it was fine, when Tang Jing led everyone to the bar, Ji Xu frowned and stopped them. “Let’s go somewhere else. Cheng Yue can’t drink.”

“Why can’t he drink?”

Tang Jing, who was already quite drunk, confronted Ji Xu with a defiant attitude and shouted, “Cheng Yue is already on the path to adulthood! At his age, he’s like a man here! What’s the big deal with drinking a bit of alcohol!”

Cheng Yue blinked, slightly tugged at the edge of his T-shirt, and stood with his chest out, trying to assert his new ‘adult’ status in front of Ji Xu.

“Look!” Tang Jing continued shouting as he slapped Cheng Yue on the back. “He’s so sturdy! He can handle sulfuric acid, so why can’t he drink?”

Cheng Yue stumbled forward from the slap and was caught by Ji Xu.

After steadying Cheng Yue, Ji Xu pulled him closer and said, “Get it done before ten.”

“No problem!” Tang Jing, having received permission, waved his arm, and a group of people exited the restaurant, driving in a line to the bar.

Once inside the bar, which felt like a deep sea, Ji Xu, half-carrying Cheng Yue out, had a dark expression on his face.

Even Tang Jing, who was tipsy and following him, kept his head down, not daring to say a word.

Ji Xu flagged down a taxi, carried Cheng Yue into the car, and drove off.

After ensuring they were safely in the car, Tang Jing stood by the roadside for a while, watching others help each other out of the bar. He then patted his stomach and said boldly, “I just gave Ji Xu a serious lesson about leaving early! It’s just a bit of alcohol! What’s wrong with men drinking? Don’t you agree?”

“Huh?” The crowd, somewhat unsteady and dazed, looked at Tang Jing with confusion, trying to recall what he had just said.

“Isn’t that right?” Tang Jing added.

Meanwhile, Ji Xu and Cheng Yue got out of the car. Ji Xu half-carried Cheng Yue back home and, just as he was about to get up to fetch a glass of water, Cheng Yue pulled him down with his arm, dragging him onto the sofa.

“Hey…” Ji Xu lost his balance and ended up pressing against Cheng Yue, but he managed to prop himself up with his hands on either side of Cheng Yue’s head.

Cheng Yue’s thoughts were in disarray, his vision clouded, but he clearly saw Ji Xu, who was only a fist’s length away.

Cheng Yue’s throat was itchy, and he wanted to say something but couldn’t, feeling extremely uncomfortable.

“Relax…” Ji Xu, hearing Cheng Yue’s increasingly labored breathing, worriedly supported him, gently stroking his back. “Breathe out slowly.”

Cheng Yue was indeed very uncomfortable, feeling as if something was blocking his chest, unable to exhale or inhale properly.

In his frustration, he pulled Ji Xu closer.

The distance between them became very close, and Cheng Yue suddenly smiled at Ji Xu’s nose.

Before Ji Xu could ask what he was smiling about, Cheng Yue’s face suddenly moved close to his, their faces only a finger’s breadth apart.

Cheng Yue’s breath brushed against Ji Xu’s face and then slowly moved to his ear.

When Cheng Yue’s warm tongue licked his ear, Ji Xu’s gaze hardened, and he tightened his hold around Cheng Yue’s waist.

“Ji Xu…” A hoarse and hesitant voice, filled with long-silenced emotion, reached Ji Xu’s ears.

Ji Xu was stunned by the unexpected voice.

But before he could recover from the shock, Cheng Yue suddenly bit his ear.

“You’re mine…”

This short, forceful statement was squeezed out of Cheng Yue’s throat, accompanied by the scent of alcohol and reckless courage.

Ji Xu tilted his head slightly, looking at Cheng Yue’s flushed lips and the slightly elevated temperature of his body due to the alcohol. Overwhelmed by the heat of the moment, Ji Xu’s hand slipped under Cheng Yue’s T-shirt.

“Hmm…” Cheng Yue shivered from the warmth of Ji Xu’s hand and recoiled.

Ji Xu held his neck to keep him still and was about to say something when he saw Cheng Yue suddenly frown.

Then, Cheng Yue’s hand on Ji Xu’s neck tightened suddenly.

Before Ji Xu could react, Cheng Yue puffed his cheeks and, bending over, vomited.

With a splash of vomit…

Ji Xu waited five seconds before slowly looking down at himself covered in alcohol, his expression darkening.

After Cheng Yue vomited a couple more times, the last bit of clarity in his mind was also emptied. He looked up at Ji Xu and, in a sudden burst of laughter, found the scene amusing.

Not anticipating the imminent danger, Cheng Yue opened his mouth and began laughing.

Before Cheng Yue could even react to his now-cool upper body, Ji Xu suddenly stood up and undid his belt, then swiftly removed his own pants right in front of Cheng Yue.

Cheng Yue was startled into a daze. Faced with the sudden shock, his words came out trembling,

“I… I’m still… still young…”

Ji Xu, frowning, didn’t listen to him and removed his alcohol-soaked shirt.

Cheng Yue’s eyes widened, fixating on Ji Xu’s beautiful abs and the line of his torso, swallowing hard. He then said, “Actually… I guess… I’m not that young either…”
