Li Shuo thought his mother was just saying it casually. Unexpectedly, early the next morning, she woke him up and asked if he wanted to go with her to see the ‘master’.
Li Shuo helplessly said, “Mom, I’m not going. Can you also not go?”

Li Shuo wasn’t surprised. Shao Qun either wanted him to go back and find Li Chengxiu together, or was too busy to care about his affairs, most likely the latter. As long as things become better, he could return to China.
In fact, he had no idea where that person would go. Wen Xiaohui was equally clueless. Compared to Shao Qun, he knew even less about Li Chengxiu. He had already used all the methods and channels he could think of to find him. Now he could only do his best and leave the rest to fate.

After finishing the contract discussion with Zhao Rongtian, the two walked out of the office.

“If I’m not serious, shouldn’t you punish me?” Zhao Jinxin licked his lips with a small section of his red tongue, “For example, punish me by not letting me cum for an hour or something.”
Li Shuo patted Zhao Jinxin’s cheek and raised an eyebrow, saying, “Blowing hot air, huh?”

“Going to…” Li Shuo didn’t really know where to go. His parents were out, and despite starting his business years ago, he’d never been this idle. “Going to the gym, I guess. It’s been a while since I worked out.”
“Let’s go together. I’ll take you to my club.”
“Sure.”
As soon as they got into the car, Zhao Jinxin lunged forward. He wrapped his arms around Li Shuo’s neck, and said coquettishly, “Li Shushu, you haven’t kissed me today.”
Li Shuo smiled and said, “I just did.”
“A kiss on the cheek doesn’t count,” Zhao Jinxin pouted.
A sly glint flashed in Li Shuo’s eyes as he gave Zhao Jinxin a quick peck on the lips. “Alright, now sit properly and buckle up.”
Of course, Zhao Jinxin wasn’t satisfied. He grabbed the back of Li Shuo’s head and kissed him hard. Their lips and tongues entwined passionately. The car was filled with an intoxicating, romantic atmosphere.
Reluctantly, Zhao Jinxin finally let go of Li Shuo. “Now that counts.”
Li Shuo adjusted his collar and shot him a sideways glance. “Now can you sit properly and buckle up? If you keep acting up, I’ll buy you a child seat.”
Zhao Jinxin paused, then smirked wickedly. “There’s a sex chair designed like a child seat…”
Li Shuo laughed and scolded, “That’s enough.” He reached out and pinched Zhao Jinxin’s cheek. “Were you a sex demon in your past life?”
Zhao Jinxin burst into laughter.
They arrived at an ultra-luxurious gym, one of the top-rated in the U.S., complete with surfing and indoor skiing facilities.
“What do you want to play?”
Li Shuo stretched his arms. “Let’s play some squash.”
Zhao Jinxin handed his membership card to the front desk. Shortly after, a stunning woman led them to the squash court.
Zhao Jinxin had some clothes stored there, but they were slightly too big for Li Shuo. So he went to the shop to buy a new outfit.
While Li Shuo was changing, Zhao Jinxin, already dressed, leaned against the locker and watched him without blinking.
Li Shuo chuckled softly, not avoiding or evading Zhao Jinxin’s gaze. “If you want to watch so much, then watch closely.” Li Shuo hooked his index finger around the knot of his tie, tilting his head slightly as he loosened it. Then, slowly, he unbuttoned his shirt one button at a time before swiftly removing the white shirt and tossing it aside, revealing his firm chest and flat stomach. Throughout, he kept smiling at Zhao Jinxin.
Zhao Jinxin’s Adam’s apple bobbed as his gaze travelled down Li Shuo’s chest. His eyes were bold and unabashed.
Li Shuo deftly unbuckled his belt, pulled down the zipper, and slipped off his trousers. He appreciated the hungry, wolf-like look in Zhao Jinxin’s eyes. It was a look that stirred his own desires.
Li Shuo then picked up his sportswear and put it on. Zhao Jinxin walked over, his hand caressing Li Shuo’s ass through the thin fabric of the sports pants. He said begrudgingly, “Li Shushu, you’re really something else.”
“I think…” Li Shuo turned his face and bit Zhao Jinxin’s ear, “this is the punishment for a little pervert like you.”
Zhao Jinxin suddenly held on to Li Shuo’s waist, lifting him off the ground and slamming him against the lockers. The sound of their bodies colliding with the hollow metal was as intense as the emotions exploding between them.

“How about a bet? If you lose, I get to fuck you.”
Li Shuo laughed. “And if I win?”
Zhao Jinxin leaned closer, his breath hot against Li Shuo’s ear. “Then I’ll do whatever you want.”
Li Shuo shook his head, laughing. “Alright. But don’t cry when you lose.”
Zhao Jinxin smiled confidently. “We’ll see.”
They left the locker room, heading towards the squash courts. The tension between them thickened with each step.
Li Shuo shook his head with a smile and calmly said, “Baby, back in university, I played tennis at a professional level. I’ve slacked a bit since then. But you still won’t be able to beat me.”
“How would you know without trying?” Zhao Jinxin challenged, looking at him provocatively.
Li Shuo stretched his neck. “Alright, I keep my word. If you lose, you also have to agree to one of my conditions. Any condition.”
“Deal!”

*Translator’s Note: ‘天上大雁都没打下来. 就别纠结清蒸还是红烧了’ means ‘don’t worry about how to cook the wild goose before you’ve caught it’. This saying means ‘don’t think of something which is unrealistic’. Oh and by the way, in the story, the author uses ‘0’ and ‘1’ as ‘bottom’ and ‘top’ respectively (this is how the Chinese use it in their slang) but I just omit them to ‘bottom’ and ‘top’ for you to easily understand. -K
