Yu Yang walked home with a sense of frustration. Zhou Zhou tried to cheer him up all afternoon. But he couldn’t even manage a smile. The thought of Jin Wuqi having an affair with Cheng Che weighed heavily on his mind. He felt both annoyed and deeply sympathetic towards Zhou Zhou, who was kept in the dark and unwilling to believe that Cheng Che was involved with another omega.

He didn’t realise how strange it was for him to be scrutinising a sports car like this.

After he had bent down and tilted his head to look for about three seconds, the window slid down. The familiar scent of roses instantly surrounded his nose. Jin Wuqi leaned against the driver’s seat, glancing sideways at Yu Yang. “What are you looking at?”

Yu Yang remained frozen in his bent position, not yet realising the awkwardness of the situation. He was just surprised – why was Jin Wuqi here?

And why did this person look even more attractive the longer he looked? His blue hair was well-maintained. It looked soft and fluffy, exuding a gorgeous brilliance even in the dimly lit car.

Damn, what’s up with his lips? Why are they so red? Did he get semi-permanent makeup?

His nose was really high-bridged and straight. He looked too delicate. And those eyelashes. They were so long and curled. His eyes were beautiful. Each was like a gem-like shade of brown.

Yu Yang finally snapped out of his admiration and realised that Jin Wuqi had been looking at him disdainfully for quite some time.

Meanwhile he had been utterly absorbed in gazing at Jin Wuqi’s beauty.

He tried to straighten himself up, only to find that once he stood upright, he couldn’t see Jin Wuqi’s face inside the car anymore. So, reluctantly, he bent down again and awkwardly asked, “What are you doing here?”

“Do I need your permission to be here?” Jin Wuqi glanced at him with a light tone. “You just go and be a good student.”

Haaa… his voice sounds nice too. It makes everything sound like a coquettish tease.

But the moment Yu Yang heard the words ‘good student’, he immediately thought of Cheng Che. He remembered seeing Jin Wuqi and Cheng Che being affectionate at the school gate during the day. He also recalled the snowy white sports car that they had ridden in.

With a heated mind, he walked over and forcefully opened the car door. He then roughly pulled Jin Wuqi out by the arm. Before Jin Wuqi could steady himself, Yu Yang embraced his waist and pressed him against the car. With one hand tightly held Jin Wuqi’s wrists against their chests, Yu Yang looked down at him and whispered, “Try cursing at me again?”

“What’s gotten into you?” Jin Wuqi struggled for a moment but couldn’t break free. So, he cursed again, “Bastard, let go!”

Even when cursing, a beauty is still a beauty. He looked beautiful even when he expressed his annoyance and resentment. Yu Yang looked at him, realising that while Jin Wuqi had always seemed flirtatious and lascivious, exuding a lazy charm, tonight he displayed a hint of soft stubbornness.

Especially when he was holding Jin Wuqi’s slender and soft waist with one hand while the other was holding his smooth and fragrant hands. So, Yu Yang was tempted to touch a bit more.

“First, tell me what you’re doing here. Parking your car outside where I live in the middle of the night, what’s the meaning of that?” 

Jin Wuqi chuckled, “Is this entire building yours? Can’t I wait for someone else?”

He must be waiting for me.

Yu Yang continued to ask, “Then why did you curse at me?”
